I can tell the therapists are under pressure because they will mention the extras during your massage which is very unfortunate & not relaxing. This never happened before. I hope you don't loose your good therapists because they are forced to meet sales, they are therapists, it's what they're trained for. The only metrics I think you could measure with the therapists would be return clients, that says a lot about their work. I've been a member for about 5 years or so. We were transferred to this location, and while they were quick to reschedule our appointments, the follow up care has been extremely poor. Earlier this month, we were told that lab work was required before any medication could be prescribed. We completed the labs the very same day, yet it took nearly four weeks and countless phone calls for the prescription to finally be sent to the pharmacy. For two weeks, I repeatedly called the office without being able to reach anyone. It wasn't until I became extremely frustrated that they finally sent the prescription, and even then, no one followed up despite the automated messages promising a return call within 24 hours. At one point, someone answered the phone only to immediately hang up on me. To make matters worse, they are quick to collect your copay even when they are unable to see you. The quality of care and customer service has become increasingly inconsistent and has steadily declined over the years. We will be looking for a new dermatologist. If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would.
