Ciera gets the service done fast and leaves no trace behind. I really appreciate that from a wax center. Apparently her armpit hair was not long enough to be waxed, and my sister was very upset. I ended up asking the receptionist if I could go to anybody else if somebody was available, especially since it sounded like I was not going to be seen for a while. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because Ashlie was phenomenal. She was so friendly and inviting, walked me through every step of the process, and was just overall phenomenal.
