Full story; My sister and I arrived for our appointment time with a few minutes to spare. My sister ends up going back first and comes out two minutes later. Apparently her armpit hair was not long enough to be waxed, and my sister was very upset. Not only was her waxing specialist very rude, with no customer service, not even a hello, But in her confirmation email, there was no instruction on how long the hair needed to be in order to be waxed. I ended up asking the receptionist if I could go to anybody else if somebody was available, especially since it sounded like I was not going to be seen for a while. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because Ashlie was phenomenal. She was so friendly and inviting, walked me through every step of the process, and was just overall phenomenal.
