I had a WONDERFUL first time experience at Nail Bliss. My future sister-in-law owns a salon space next door and she recommended Nail Bliss when I asked her for local nail salon recommendations. I walked in on a Monday late afternoon without an appointment. I was promptly and kindly greeted by Helen as I walked in and they were very accommodating at getting me in after a less than 10 minute wait. There was a few that walked in after me and did not have an appointment and Helen was very kind when she told them that they wouldn't be able to take them at that time but let them know what time later they would be available for services. I highly recommend making an appointment! They had a great color selection with plenty of polishes for regular manicures and gel. I opted for a pedicure and gel manicure on this visit as I have a wedding to attend over the weekend and my CA Bridal Shower and Bachelorette next week. Melanie was my nail tech and she was so wonderful. Quick, efficient and persist. When it came to my manicure, she checked in several times to be sure the length and shape style was to my preference. I was trying out a particular paint style as an option for my upcoming wedding. I showed her a picture and she executed it flawlessly. I enjoyed my first time experience so much, I booked a future appointment for myself and full bridal party (8 total) for us to get manis/pedis the day before my wedding. Even as we are coming out of the tail end of these crazy Covid times, they have strong safety protocols in place which I appreciated. These nails are all different lengths, shapes, and sizes. Not only are these the worst nails i've ever seen they were a wopping 75 dollars. I showed my friend and her response was, "If world war three were nails those would be it", my other friend received a text from this guy that said, "Those look horrible, where did she get them, those are horrifying". Not only am i broke now after spending 75 dollars on a full set but am i getting bullied and bashed for how unprofessionally done they are. I have prom in 2 days and yeah i would try and make time to get them done somewhere else but the fact they were 75 dollars makes me at a negative in my bank account making me unable to get these fixed. The pedicure was done thoroughly and they constantly made sure we were comfortable. The highlight was the exfoliation with a quality sugar scrub and then the lotion and oil with a hot stone. I happened to go when the owner was there and she took me right away and redid EVERYTHJNG! I was really just expecting the one nail. Horrible experience for my daughter who was getting her nails done for the Prom... The owner Ellen was so rude when my daughter asked for her to fix the ends of her nails that didn't have seem to have polish on them after paying extra for the dip. Big toes looked terrible as well! One of the worst experiences of my life. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. The "nail technician" was very rude and rough. He kept hurting me and was filing on my cuticles to the point where a couple of my fingers are bleeding. He was rude and snappy, when I would tell him he was hurting me. He glued a nail crooked and tried to rip it off, instead of soaking it in alcohol. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to this nail salon last week because it is rated in yelp as the best nail salon in Doylestown...... I agree that the salon was spacious and clean looking and I would give one star for that. However, lamentably I had my worst pedicure done in my life! my pedicure was done by one girl (by the way she looked like 17 years old but apparently she was older than that because she was talking about her going to school in New York City and she said this "learning at the salon" would help her finishing her school, etc.) who painted my toes worse than my younger brother would have done it. I am not sure if she is licensed or experienced because she seemed to have no skill to trim the cuticles because after the polish was all painted over, my saw toothed cuticles were enhanced with the polish all over them...... Well I hope they would staff with better experienced and skilled people for services since their pricing was definitely in a higher range. Everyone is so nice and fantastic they all say Hello and Good bye when we walk in and walk out. Also they are very clean they use pedicure liners so they don't use the same tub as others and they also use disposable file,buff, and pumas stone I feel so clean when I get my pedicure. When finished pedicure they give a tease of neck and sholder massage but it is excellent. I will be coming back with all my friends. I really dislike doing a bad review. I take everything into consideration. However, this experience by far was the worst . i had to return 10 mins after I left because my dip powder was already peeling. It was fixed but it didn't last . I had to go to a different nail salon 4 days later and have my nails be redone. I was given a pedicure and was unable to pick what service as i wasn't given an option. I agree that it is very clean. But for the price you pay, I expect better quality. I had a gel manicure and within 2 days, it was lifting around my cuticles. I went back to get it fixed and they weren't very apologetic. The customer next to me must have overheard and she confided that her gel mani had done the same thing and that's why she was back. I was so disappointed in this place. 1) The guy who did my fingernails answered the phone several times while doing my nails. No problem, unless you do a crappy job like he did. He basically ignored the cuticles. The top layer of polish was smaller than the lower layer, giving it an accidental two-tone effect, and ensuring that it will wear off quickly around the edges. 2) The person who did my toes did not understand English. I didn't realize this right away, as she answered with a nod and a smile to each request, but when she wasn't doing the simple things I asked, she had to get an interpreter and still couldn't do it. 3) The flip flops they provided to wear home were made of thin paper, which wouldn't last to the parking lot, which means if you don't bring your own flip flops (I was visiting from out of town and didn't pack any), you have to put shoes on over a new pedicure in order to leave the place. Ridiculous! 4) Plus, it wasn't cheap. This place was a waste of time and $$$. One star because it was clean. read more

The woman who removed my gel nails did not get all the nail polish off, and filed my cuticles which was VERY painful!! When she had finished painting my nails with regular nail polish, the paint job was very uneven and I had little pumps all over my nails since she did not remove all my old gel polish. She also got the new regular nail polish all over my cuticles and bits on the edges of my figures. I would not come here again! read more

I brought my 7 year old daughter in to get her nails done on her birthday. She was looking at the polish to pick her color. There was a display that was very poorly set up. She accidental bumped into the side of the table and one of the nail polishes fell and broke. When I went to pay the $7 to for her nails the owner told the man checking me out something in Korean. He then processed to tell me I needed to pay $20 for the broken nail polish- which was also only 1/4 full. I looked at him astonished and he said he would only charge me $10. My daughter was so upset- not wanted to make it worse I paid the $10 and left. I then called the store and asked for the manager (which happened to be the man that checked me out) and he had nothing to offer. I explained I would never back and I'd be sure to share the story with others. I then got a call from the owner (who told the man to charge me for the broken polish) saying that her manager was at fault and she would have never charged me - she asked for my address to mail me a check. My poor daughter was upset the whole rest of the day. read more

Just got a pedicure and I am in love! The place is very clean and everyone is very friendly! The pedicure they offered was great! Felt more like a spa pedicure and was decently priced at $33. Plus they offer you drinks...I got a mimosa! So inviting, everyone says hi when someone walks in! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! read more

The staff is personable and friendly, the facility impeccably clean and Helen who did my pink and white gel is truly an artist. She works quickly and the results are perfect. I stopped in because it was on my way home from work and needed my manicure fixed from another shop that did not last. I was taken right away even though I was a walk-in. The manicurist was very nice offered mr a beverage and proceeded with my gel manicure. I was a little more expensive than other shops but my manicure lasted a month before it was to grown out and I needed to have it done again. I will defiantly go here from now on. But we all know these can be hard to find and I've had my fair share of bad experiences. Nail bliss is clean. The tools used for my pedicure came out of a autoclave bag. The pedicure bowl was first lined with a large plastic lining, which I assume prevents gross things from getting into the bowl and water system. Bravo. My pedicure was good. The staff is very friendly & all call out "hello" & good bye" when someone walks in or leaves. The facility is very clean. They offer you a drink before starting. Color choices are great & they have a toe color to match all the gel nail colors. They use sanitary tub liners for pedis. I have seen Tracy twice now & really like her!
