She helped me pick out colors and designs and was very patient with my indecisiveness. Once we got everything picked out she went to work. She made sure the length was right, the shape and color and she blew me away. I usually get gel manicures and no fancy designs because i never got the desired look but prim nail co does an amazing job. Liz was detail oriented and made me feel super comfortable. She was easy to talk to and overall a wonderful person. If you're in the area and need some bangin nails - simple or elaborate this place is worth a visit. Like actual rolled eyes. She had one of the other workers confront my mom about it. He was nicer than Ella, but after he was done, she kept talking about us to him. They just lost a lot of business from my family and from word of mouth. Rude customer service is a turn off - even if it's just from one single immature employee.

I had a facial, a brow wax and some light body waxing. She hit me up for $275. I was shocked after coming here for 10 years and having the same services in addition in the past I've added on manicures and pedicures and it never came to $275. So disappointed. She's all business. She'll talk about how wonderful she is and what it's going to do for your face but I left there with red blotches that still haven't gone away. I realize it's often typical to have some redness after facial but this is unusually deep purple and I hope it'll be gone in the morning. I do not recommend Tracy at all... And to charge me $275. She's out of her mind. Additionally I didn't even get a hand massage while she had my mask drying.... Instead she went out for a half an hour to work on another customer when I should have been having a hand massage.

I wasn't a huge fan of the selection of shades for normal polish but the girls all wanted to help me pick a color. The ladies know their designs (from what I've heard) and that seems to be a big go-to for this salon. As for me, a 30 year old who is over the age limit when it comes to bedazzled nails, I just stuck with a regular mani and my singular "party nail." Regular Manicure is $10. By the time I was done the salon was closing and everyone kept saying "take your time drying, we are not leaving!!" and introduced themselves to me by name.
