I was so upset, and had been planning a couple hours this morning to myself for a few weeks. The woman at the front desk was so kind, and asked if I was okay. I said I was and I was sorry. She said "as long as you're okay, it's no problem." I had scheduled a gel manicure as well, so once I felt everything was under control, I called and asked to finish up my manicure. I was determined to stick to my plan to be just a little selfish after many months of not being able to be. I drove back and got another call, and had to leave. It turns out, I cannot squeeze these things in during the day. As I was walking out, one of the male employees followed me to say they would be ready very shortly for my manicure. I was grateful that he did that, but had to decline again, due to an urgent issue. He was so polite and professional about it, and said to come back whenever I could fit it in. Really, truly kind people. And my pedicure looks great. Even though I'm embarrassed at this point at my own flakiness, I'll be back later today to finish up my manicure. I'd rather face the embarrassment and give them my business. I highly recommend.

I was very aware, despite the fact that they do not send text reminders or or anything helpful to let you to remind you of the date and time of appointment that I needed to be there in a timely manner because I didn't want to make anyone else wait. And when I walked in, one of the l employees told me thr technician who you booked came back from China last night and will not be in for two days. And I said well I was out and I was very busy this morning and I rushed here. Why didn't you call . And he basically said this isn't his problem and she would be here Monday. But the reason I can afford to come to a place like this is that I have a job and I'm at it on Mondays.
