When I first walked in, I was so self conscious but by the end, I forgot I was basically stripped down in front of a stranger. In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.

They were incredibly painful and I was always left with scabs that would take almost two weeks to heal. It was awful. I'm so glad I found Advanced Electrolysis! The difference is night and day. I decided to try this place on Labor Day since my regular salon was closed. I booked online…read morespecifically with Linna because of her great reviews, but when I arrived, they assigned me to someone else and told me the technician selection on their website doesn't actually matter -- which was really misleading. The technician I ended up with did a very poor job. The nail shapes were all different, the sides weren't properly painted, and the polish was applied so thick that it looked messy. I quietly mentioned it to the front desk because I didn't want to embarrass the technician, but they only offered me 10% off or to have the same technician repaint, which I declined. The staff did suggest trying another technician next time, but honestly, the experience was disappointing enough that I don't think I'll be returning.
