I go in for a simple manicure, they did not soak my nails in warm soap water, did not take off old nail glue, cuticles are cut, nail tech cut a lot of corners and it took about 5 minutes. I cannot say enough, good things about Oasis. My nails were so damaged when I first started going, and rather than just putting tips on and covering up the damage to make them look good, Sharon took her time over numerous visits to actually fix my nails. They always look great, but she was always more concerned with my nail health, making me feel like a valued customer. Sharon, Joy, Theresa, and the whole staff are fantastic at what they do. They take their time and do a quality job every time. Their hot stone pedicure is so amazing. I am always leaving feeling refreshed and beautified! Terrible! I walked in, told them that I wanted a pedicure and refill on my fingers. They told me to pick a color. They set up for my pedicure, I put my feet in the water. It just so happens that I came at 5pm. There was also a 5pm appointment who wanted a gel pedicure. They thought I was the appointment. When the person who made the appointment actually came in, All they could offer was "I'm sorry." They didn't try to make other arrangements or offer another available appointment. I had to take my feet out of the water, dry them and leave. How embarrassing is that. Because they neglected to get the 5pm appointment's name and verify, and we had a similar request, they got us mixed up. This was irresponsible and showed unorganized they are. I pray they do better in the future. I'll never be back. read more

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I moved to Philadelphia 3 years ago and am still trying to find a place in the city that even comes close. I sometimes plan my trips home around when I want to get my nails done or get waxed. If you have acrylics ask for Tina. My nails look absolutely perfect when she does my full set or refills. They don't chip, they don't lift, and I can go 3 weeks before getting them done again. She is also the one to go to for waxing. She knows what she's doing but will listen to exactly what you want and do it as quickly and pain-free as possible. The pedicures are great here to, no matter who does them. They have an awesome selection of scrubs that smell great and do such a good job with the painting. The place is immaculately clean. If you are anywhere remotely close by and need your nails done or something waxed it is well worth the drive. read more

I'm new to the area and came here because someone gave me a gift card for a pedicure. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist gave me a heated neck wrap and offered water or tea, which was very welcoming considering it was snowing out. My pedicure was excellent and so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. My tech Nati did not skimp on the leg massage or exfoliation. She was also very detailed while applying the nail polish. Afterwards, while my toes were under the fan, Nati gave me a back/shoulder massage which was amazing. She also refreshed my neck wrap. I will most definitely be back for a pedicure, and am also interested in checking out their massage services. Not that it matters for the quality of the service, but it made a difference for me that everyone here actually speaks english. It's frustrating for me when I try to have small talk and can't understand the people I'm speaking with. Overall this was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. read more

I'm relatively new to the area and haven't had much time to search for my new go-to salon. A friend recommended Oasis, so I thought I'd give 'em a try! What an excellent decision! I arrived before they got too packed, but about halfway into my pedicure the place filled up. The increased volume didn't change the quality of service I received, which I've find to be pretty uncommon. The lady working on me took her time and did a beautiful job. It was also nice to be offered complimentary drinks. The place was very, very clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. I really want to like this place. The nail technicians were so nice and friendly. Their customer service is great- hot pads for your shoulders, citrus tea, nice massages, clean.. However, I got a gel pedicure and within a week I had to go back twice to have my nails corrected. They kept chipping! They even chipped for a third time, but I didn't even bother going back again. Each time I went back they took me and corrected the nail quickly with no fuss. But if I pay $45 for gel nails, I don't want to be going back. The saloon is about far for me so personally, I wouldn't go back because I ended up wasting a bunch of money and time. read more

She broke a nail and is busy all day tomorrow which would have exacerbated the issue. She called and the owner stayed after closing hours to fix her nail and refused to take payment as my wife is a regular customer. Got a pedicure here for $30, and it was very well spent, they do a great job on your nails, and took their time. They gave great massages for your feet with scrub. They also give you neck warmers and hot citrus tea which was delicious. Very welcoming and great customer service. Enjoyed that there were no tv's so that I could relax, it was a very clean salon as well. read more

When I first walked in I expected to really like the place. I got a mani pedi. The overall experience of the pedicure was good and thorough but both my nails and toes were chipped within the next day. My mom came with me to get a gel manicure and it was done very sloppily and only lasted a week. On top of all that we were overcharged $60 and had to drive all the way back. I really wanted to like it here mostly because of the location. They were very accommodating and stayed after 8pm to finish me. I was pretty happy when I left. But once I got home, I noticed none of my nails were painted all the way to the edge and on some, I could actually see a base gel coat. I told her I didn't have any mimosas nor did I have champagne. Another person of other color came in and she needed gel nails as well she changed her 32.00. This nail salon is great. Except the fact that they are always busy. Yes, walk-ins are welcome, but forget it. And they have one nail tech that can do gel manicures which is a problem if there's more than one woman there for a gel manicure. The pedicures are ok, but they don't focus on the rough part of the feet, which is half the point of a pedicure. And I could never feel relaxed in the atmosphere because there is always someone waiting to get their nails done so my tech is rushing through the process to get on with the next customer. With how much I'm paying for the pedicure or manicure, I want to enjoy the experience; not be rushed, slap some polish on, and you're done! read more

Wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere! I went here for my first pedicure (ever!) and everything about my experience was wonderful. My friend and I were in our own room with relaxing music, we were offered drinks right away, a warm neck pillow was given to us, and we sat in massaging chairs the entire time. I got way more than a manicure....hot neck/shoulder wrap, citrus tea with honey, a shoulder massage and of course the hand massage. Mia's back!!! I first met her at Oasis 6 years ago and have followed her around Bucks and Montgomery Counties ever since. She is the best nail tech I have ever found. She can do everything from basic manicure to UV Gel and she does it all superbly. Her polish is never smudged and there is never a drop on your cuticle. I'm thrilled that she is back at Oasis in Perkasie. I hope it isn't too difficult to get an appointment to see her once the 'word' gets out. She is fabulous!!! read more
