I enjoyed that it's a friendly atmosphere, but not the laid back "not really at work" vibe that can come with some higher end salons. I'm hooked now. I'm new to the area so need somewhere new to do these things. I was greeted warmly and professionally and the place looked nice. Was able to see Erica for my wax but could not wait for my nails. I was just a walk in so that is expected. My brows look nice and Erica was a doll. Average price for eyebrow wax. They suggested I go next door for my nails as they said they go there when their manicurist is busy. This got me really excited and hopeful. Well, my hair looks nothing at all like the picture I showed her. I'm really disappointed and will not be going back. I believe they specialize in older women because of the cut I got. I wish I could post the picture of what I wanted and a picture of what I left with.
