My stylist was Danielle. Everything went well from the very beginning. Before she washed my hair, she sat in the chair and looked at my hair, how it fell. She talked to me about what it is that I wanted, and then we went to the shampoo. She styled my hair beautifully, just what I asked for! i was visiting the area and in need of a pedicure. The nail salons close to me did not have good reviews and I am pretty picky so I booked an appt with Christine at Broad Appeal and am happy I did. I added on a spray tan too since my spray tan from back home was pretty faded and when you add in gloomy skies I was feeling pretty blah. My pedi massage was so needed and she cleaned up my toes very nicely not missing any cuticles. My spray tan by Rhonda was exactly what I needed to make me feel normal and healthy looking again, perfect color and not sticky. I would definitely recommend all my local friends and family to go to Broad Appeal. As the matter of fact, I purchased two massage gift certificates for my mom and aunt. Broad Appeal is a GEM in Souderton! I made an appointment for Thursday night at 6, and although my 2 favorite stylists weren't available I was paired with Mary! The entire staff is AMAZING! After describing what I wanted done, she gave me professional advice and support and worked on my hair for hours with patience and diligence to make sure it was a job well done and just what I wanted!! This staff is incredible, so talented and professional. Mary did amazing, and the price felt so reasonable for a balayage done perfectly. Will be recommending to all my friends & family!! Super disappointed. Explained on the phone what I wanted done, and then the stylist told me she couldn't do it without a consultation and then coming back for hours. I left with a color change that was barely noticeable and didn't match my skin at all. Paid $94 to leave and feel really unattractive. read more

I cannot let anyone else cut, color or highlight my hair for Rhonda's expert eye, incomparable customer service gets it spot on every single time. I have never left her chair unhappy! Going here was the best haircutting experience I have ever had. They know how to treat you right and everyone was very pleasant! After a great wash, cut and dry, my hair decided to do weird things the next day and I am not sure that I like the cut that I got, sadly. But the hairdresser took her time and I felt very pampered.
