Straight without filing corner and the cuticle was not thoroughly cleaned which affects nail polish does not look neat At the end of check out, front desk person doesn't seem to be the same person as the person who checked us in, she was on her phone did not even acknowledge our presence i tried to get her attention then she just told us "hold on" without looking and took her time to finish texting and then checked us out, i thought that was pretty rude not only keeping us wait but also no word of apology Rude.. I booked online…read morespecifically with Linna because of her great reviews, but when I arrived, they assigned me to someone else and told me the technician selection on their website doesn't actually matter -- which was really misleading. The technician I ended up with did a very poor job. The nail shapes were all different, the sides weren't properly painted, and the polish was applied so thick that it looked messy. I quietly mentioned it to the front desk because I didn't want to embarrass the technician, but they only offered me 10% off or to have the same technician repaint, which I declined. The staff did suggest trying another technician next time, but honestly, the experience was disappointing enough that I don't think I'll be returning.
