Super disappointing experience after I have been going here over the past year. Had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with a specific technician. They did my pedicure 10 minutes late and then when it was time for my manicure they ran out of "time" and took their next appointment without doing my manicure. After I told them I had both services scheduled , they asked me if I could come back. My appointment wasn't valued. Extremely disappointing. read more

I got deluxe pedicure with Winnie and she was excellent. I will continue to request her . Really cleaned up cuticle and did fantastic massage which included my feet more rather than calves which i definitely liked ! read more

This place was highly recommended by a friend around Christmas time. I took the recommendation because this friend is somewhat critical of nail salons. I made an appointment for a gel manicure, arrived early, and did not have the tech that I made appointment with. The lady I had, however, was very kind and did a great job. The hand massage at the end left much to be desired. The place was clean, bright, and color selection matched sample. I decided to return a month later, had gel removed and new gel manicure. Tech said that some of the other techs were back in Vietnam so they were busier than usual. The tech quickly manicured my nails, did not clean cuticles, had me quickly dip my hands in bowls of ice cold water, and barely massaged my hands. The paint job was uneven on a few fingers and I noticed after I left that there was still my previous grey gel on the sides of my nails. I wish I would've take a picture. The place was dirtier than the first time and tools did not appear to be sanitized. read more

I would give zero if i could. It was 50 dollars for dip nails. DIP!!! The person behind me got acrylics with a french dip and paid 60. It's ridiculous. Not only is it insanely expensive but the people are so rude. My nail tech said something to me and i asked to repeat very kindly simply because i did not hear him and he just brushed me off. My nails looked like i rubbed my foundation over them and they fell off not even after a week. NOT TO MENTION THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG COLOR. I haven't had a pedicure in over two years. The dogs were due for some self love. After hearing great things from a friend, I decided to go to Sparkle for a pedicure and gel manicure. The facility was extremely clean, no strong odors, and everyone was very friendly. I felt welcomed and comfortable....except when an unruly customer accused staff of discrimination against her and cause other customers to become uncomfortable (so take Deanna S's poor review with a grain of salt she was asked to leave due to her behavior, as is their right, hence the unfinished nails). The discrimination accusation was 100% false and the woman had no ground to stand on. The manager and his team were very professional with this matter, despite the police needing to be involved. Aside from that entertainment, I had an incredible experience there. This mama of 2 littles was pampered, left there happy and relaxed, and will DEFINITELY be coming back!! read more

The staff is friendly and I was impressed with the service I received. I was seen by Hannah and she did a gel manicure for me. There were plenty of colors to choose from. I was charged $30 and was able to add tip to my card payment. There were signs all over stating there was a cash discount, but I'm not sure what the exact discount is. I went back to have my bad manicure fixed and the "fixed" nails are just as bad. Varying lengths, big chunks of acrylic underneath my nails. Nail glue all over my fingers. One of the worst manicures I've ever received. I left with 4 fingers bleeding from the cuticle cutting and multiple nails with edges not painted. So not even a week later the gel polish which is supposed to last 2-3 weeks is already bubbling and lifting on the side of my nails?!?! Not even a week later! So that's $30 + tip down the drain. This place is now my go-to nail salon. The interior is both beautiful and clean, the staff excel at their work, and the prices are reasonable. Earlier, I got acrylic nails with them, and they were perfect. Clean, even, strong - everything you'd want in nails. Today, I had an exceptional pedicure thanks to Annie! I have a chronic pain disorder that makes me extra sensitive, so I'm always nervous to receive massages since most people are rough. Annie was excellent, though! She was able to massage me in a way that helped relieve pain. To top it off, the polish job was perfect! I can't wait until it's time to get another one! read more
