I have been going to LT Nails for about 6 months. I was referred by my daughter as she and her daughter go there. The people there are always so nice until my experience today. I was going for a shellac refill. I was seated right away and after a few minutes the nail tech started the process of removing my old shellaced nails. After about 15 minutes, she removed most of the old shellac and then put my nails in polish remover as she went on to do someone else's nails. After about 15 minutes i removed my hands from the polish remover as I could see they had soaked long enough. One other person did come and scrape some of the remaining polish off my nails. When the original nail person appeared, I did ask her how much longer before she would get to me a/c I had to leave. It is getting busier and busier with more people coming. It was not that busy when I got there and I do understand these things happen. She did my nails and there was residue. I asked her is she was going to remove it. She asked me what was wrong, poured some nail polish remover on my nails but there was still residue. I told her usually the tech would take a brush with nail polish remover to remove the excess polish. She told me "not to come through their door again". I said excuse me and she said "don't come through that door again" and Im wondering how things got to that point so quickly.! I am insulted and WILL NOT go through their door again. Incidentally, I was the only BLACK customer. it should not matter that I was the only black customer, but I had to mention it. They are doing a booming business over there and I am sure it is because of their staff who are friendly and customer focused and who do not treat their customers like this. I do not know this lady, but she was wearing a mickey mouse t shirt and has really black hair and if she is the Manager, oh boy ! I am a business management graduate and I know for sure this is not how customers should be treated. Maybe you don't care about losing one customer, but you have lost at least three, and if you could track my payment record, you would see I am a generous tipper. Didn't tip her, though! Stopped in last night to get my nails done before the holidays. They sat me right away. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed watched their large TV during my gel manicure. A man painted my nails and honestly wasn't great at it. He spent a lot of time removing the polish that ended up on my skin around my nail. Another customer came in to get a touch up, so he left me to accommodate her. Another woman finished my manicure by fixing some of his mistakes and giving me the worlds shortest hand massage. I saw another customer get a neck/back massage, but I wasn't so lucky. My gel manicure was only $25 so that was nice, but overall just a mediocre experience. read more

Tried the Monday mani-pedi special today and left unhappy. Each time I go, I am handed off to a young woman whose work is woefully sloppy. She took over to from the owner to complete my pedicure with a limp foot/leg message and a quick polish, then proceeded to cut my nails too short and uneven. The polish did not even go to the edge of my nails, as I discovered in the daylight when leaving. I will never return to this salon again, even though it's close to home. Don't be fooled by the salon appearance--the work is poorly done. read more

Can't imagine why there are not all great reviews on here... I think it's super clean, local and professional nail place...my gel polish manicure lasts, chipless, for weeks! Seriously, I get easily a solid 3 weeks, or more if I am careful and wear gloves for house/yard work/ dishes etc. My nails grow faster than the gel will chip!! I actually stretch it out by putting some glitter polish over the grown out space.. this helps make up for the price... which is not out of this world for the quality and staying power. I have probably only been there 6/7 times in almost a whole year because their gel manis and pedis last that long!! My pedicures, which I will only put gel on, can seriously last me 3 months or more with the glitter trick! Rose has been my gel polish lady the last few times, and has been a consistent presence since I started going there in March 2016. Everyone is at least polite, and very good, even if they are new employees. I have heard while in the salon, that Rose is a wax wizard,though I have no first hand experience... lol,not that I don't have hair I'd like ripped from its root! Give them a try... I believe they have a weekday "regular" mani pedi special, but if you are a gel junkie, and know the magical lasting and investment power of a good gel manicure, check out Rose at LT! Went back to get a refresh on my gel manicure done at a different shop. I had the same lady. Was not impressed this time. Color does not extend all the way to cuticle and some nails the color is on my finger, even on the sides of my fingers. After leaving last week I took a good look at my feet and they were the same, so after my initial good impression after closer inspection I wasnt that impressed. Will not be returning. read more

New to the area. Decided to try lt nails out. NEVER GOING BACK. Got a full set acrylic. I wanted simple nude polish. Color is fine but the nails are only two days old and they look grown out already. The acrylic was not put as close to the base as possible. Also the polish although it is the color I wanted, it's not polished all the way out to the edges of my nails. You can see the bare acrylic on the edges of 8 out of the 10 nails. Overall not happy with the quality of their service. Sorry. Really wanted to find my new regular place in the area but lt nails will not be the one. read more

This was definitely not a good experience. My friend and I went for pedicures earlier this week. We were the only two in the salon and were still being rushed through our service. The woman who did my pedicure was rough and really hurt my toes even after me telling her multiple times to be more gentle. She had a Bluetooth in her ear and wasn't even looking at me most of the time. I paid extra for the "deluxe pedi" and still hardly got any foot or leg massage. She also kept throwing the tools into the foot basin so as the water swirled around the scrub brush and pumice stone kept hitting me in the legs. Not relaxing at all. I would not recommend this place. There are much better options in the area. read more

Best gel mainis around. Look beautiful and they last!!!! Will always come back for gels!! However for my pedicure I think I will go else where I Was not impressed by the pedicure both times I came the Water wasn't hot enough and the detail for scrubbing my feet was too light and very quick so was the massaging ....I felt rushed .... And not relaxed. The toes looked nice but the over all pedicure I was not impressed with. Guess I will just stick with my gel manicures. read more

Worst experience ever! Had came here a month ago, nails chipped after 2 days. Decided to give it another try, horrible! Had to ask for another coating, it's like their colors are watered down. Then they put a different color on my hands than my feet. Feet was regular color, hands were gel. Colors were not even close. The nail color samples they have you pick from, a majority of them they don't even have, they tell you to pick a color on the shelf that is close. Another gripe, they start working on you, stop to start someone else, so you have to sit there. They know once they start, you can't leave! My day of pampering was totally ruined. Left more stressed than I was when I came in. So much for a pampering day! I really wanted to give them zero stars, but wouldn't let me post without at least one star. read more

I made an appointment for myself and my daughter to get gel mani and pedi. Walked in and barely greeted. Everyone was busy (on a Monday?!) Told them we had an appointment. Didn't seem to matter. They clearly didn't hold a "spot" for us. We were seated 25 minutes later which then made me late for a hair appt I had down the street. They do not have a lot of polish choices and the gel I got was clearly old and went on streaky. I was so frustrated I just went with it. Won't be going back. read more

This place is beautiful to look at and the people are nice.. But is way to expensive and they add a bunch of stuff I do not want .. That takes way too much time .. If I want a hot rock leg massage I will ask for it... I don't want warm towels for my shoulders for 30 seconds a a poorly done massage ... I DO! Want fast well done manicures .... My mani pedi took 2 1/2 hours and the place was totally empty and I started with bare nails and toes so there was nothing to remove and I didn't need tips or anything time consuming .. The woman who works there is just as slow as molasses !! I am afraid to say I know her from another salon where she was also horribly slow...I guess she was let go from there ,I am sorry but it was excruciatingly slow .. I am completely disappointed with this place. I have a wedding this weekend and decided to try a new nail place. My sister in law and I both got gel manicures. Neither one of us are impressed with their work. We both ended up having polish all over our cuticles, color doesn't even cover the tips of the nails, and looks blotchy. The color of our nails did not turn out like the shade we had picked on the samples. They took forever to do, so we ran out of time to fix them. Went here by myself the first time. The woman took FOREVER but my gel mani lasted 2+weeks. Thought I loved it so I went back with my sister. We both got regular pedis and gel manis. The color selection is awful, they don't have regular and gel colors that come close to matching so we both had to get totally different colors on our hands and feet. They couldn't care less about cleanliness....THEY REUSE THE SAME RUBBER GLOVES ON DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS! After I noticed her meticulously taking off her one time use gloves, blowing air into them and folding them up instead of throwing them out. I was appalled. I stayed until she sat someone else in her chair and watched her use the same gloves. Not to mention, my gel mani was SO thin, it lasted me 2.5 days before chipping. I would never ever give these people my service or money again. I was so embarrassed I even took my sister here. Also-they speak a different language to each other THE ENTIRE TIME. I used to like this salon quite a bit, but I think their service has slipped. I went in there with my daughter and granddaughter last week. The young girl doing my pedicure nipped my toe and caused me to cry out from the pain of it, but she didn't even apologize. She said something about my toe being "fat" as an excuse. Funny, I get pedicures all the time and my "fat" toe does not get cut by the technician. There were only the three of us in there when we arrived, and my daughter and granddaughter were immediately put into the foot bath, but I sat there for the entire time my granddaughter was being serviced with my dry feet on top of the basin. The woman doing my granddaughter's pedicure did mine afterwards, but the least they could have done was allow me to soak while waiting. I felt the service was rushed and a lot of callous was left on my heels. Disappointed and think I am going to be looking for a new nail salon, especially since LT Nails does seem to have a higher price than other places do. Although the atmosphere was lovely and the staff friendly, the gel full set( $35) they gave my daughter was the worse I've ever seen. It was done by an older gentleman- he used tips that were way too large for her nails, left them thick and uneven, and didn't even do her cuticles.
