Somewhat new to the area and was looking for my go to! Ive found LA is the better salon in the area. Tina does a wonderful job on acrylics, I've seen lots of people go to the male who works there for acrylics as well. Mary (i think that's her name) gives a good thorough pedicure. Color choices are good! They offer a ton of services outside of nails. Pricing is fair and if you sign in after so many points you get a coupon! I also think there is a discount when you pay with cash! 4 stars because there's always a wait, even with an appointment.. when I'm not in a time crunch I don't usually mind but when I make an appointment it's usually for a reason and to be seen on time. I review nail salons based on customer service, cleanliness, colors, and can-do a good job. I also wait a few days to see how well the polish holds up. Not sure why this place gets 3 stars though I've only been once but my impressions were: -courteous -clean -colors selection - excellent - good job -- didn't chip for days The reason I'm not giving 5 is because I opted for the $13 foot reflexology massage and it didn't last for long or seem to really be reflexology, just a rub. It also replaced getting any calf massage, which is typically part of a regular pedi. I would go back if in the area. read more

The nails last a long time, but they did not file them down to the proper way, which I specifically asked them to file them down. I definitely do not recommend getting your lashes done here they were the worst lashes for the most outrageous price I've ever experienced in my life. read more

What I liked: My nails look pretty nice and the inside of this place is nice. What I didnt like: I waited about an hour before even getting my nails done. It took about an hour to have my nails done as well which is long in my opinion. Also I saw some people got shoulder massages during getting their nails done but I didnt get that :-( All in all I may or may not be back. Absolute worst manicure I have ever had! I went in for a fill in for acrylic and walked out with a disaster! For starters it took over an hour.....way too long especially for the garbage job that they did! Shape is horrible, and there is acrylic all over my cuticles. The polish was the worst, and horribly sloppy at best! No one even cared that I complained and was unhappy. I have never been so upset! Don't waste your money!!!!!!! read more

I got a full acrylic set with gel polish and it turned out great. The only thing was I got cut around my cuticles on 4 fingers.

Worst nail experience I've had. Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in for an acrylic fill and the young man who did mine was very rough and cut my fingers a good amount of times. If I moved at all he rolled his eyes and was obviously annoyed about it. It is dirty, not organized and takes a very long time. My friend went in the same time as I did and after the woman took off her nail polish, she went over and sat in the pedicure chair and went on her phone and never finished her manicure. I recommend getting your brows done here, but ironically they suck at doing nails. I got acrylics about a week and a half ago, and in that time, three of them popped off, one cracked in half, and one is currently in the process of falling off. Now, I don't go to work. I don't do any hard labor. This shouldn't have happened. They looked pretty for about two days but now I know never to go back for my nails. I went here (Quakertown location) on a regular basis and was happy with two nail techs. I was getting nail dip and never complained. Things were going well! A few weeks ago, I had polish chip off of Four nails! I hadn't done anything different as far as my habits to cause it. I took pictures w the dates to show the growth was super minimal and it had been less than a week since they were done. I paid the 35$ plus a 20% tip. I went in to get them repaired and again, I have never complained or requested anything for free or was unreasonable. To my shock, three different techs got involved and were conversing in their language (which ok I didn't have an issue with it) and trying to come up with a decision about repairing for no charge as I had requested. I only requested this due to how fast they chipped and of course my natural nails broke. The bottom line is they agreed I would have to pay 15$ to have the four nails repaired (plus tip because that's what I do). I reiterated the short time since they were done and felt they should honor the issue. I explained in one week I'd be paying 50$ plus 20% tip (60$ total) and that was unfair. I didn't make any progress just them insisting and the guy telling ME, he remembers the exact day I came in (seriously, that's ridiculous!) and that it had been two weeks. I finally said PLEASE JUST FIX THEM! I need them fixed, they look horrible and I. D.o.n.t have more time to waste to argue. You insist how long it has been and I'm not going to change your mind. I paid the 15$ and a tip. Now it became time to have the other 6 done (the four were still fine now) so growth was uneven. I went in anyway and had an appointment with one of the two techs I regularly have do my nails. When I made the appt., the same guy said "we'll talk when you come in about what we can do to compromise on payment". That didn't happen. He argued the same exact nonsense again. It went on too long and again he was wasting my time. I said you're willing to lose a customer over 15$ I suppose. I cannot be a client where I am taken advantage of. Thank you for your time and you have very poor customer service. I found another salon within 10 minutes with much better service, pricing and satisfaction. When a salon will not honor something reasonable and what is definitely customary in the retail world, they are not a good place to do business with. It is too bad because I had been going there for awhile and was a happy customer. read more

Great pedicure... ask for Lisa, includes a wonderful foot and calf massage. Not just your ordinary foot rub during pedicure, she does a true massage. I have MS and go to massage therapy for my calves and feet due to MS related spasms. Lisa was more effective in working out the foot spasms then any 'professional ' massage therapy I've ever had. And my toes look cute as heck when I leave :) read more

Worst experience ever having my nails done, I needed a fill for pink and whites and they didn't have the proper things to make that happen. I wanted the white area changed so they ground my beautiful long nails down th nothing and painted gel color on them. I was so disgusted the pinky nail looked so fake and thick, well it fell off after the second day of having them. The rest of the nails started to lift after about a week I was very disappointed considering I paid 40 dollars for them to be done. read more

Girl cut my skin twice I have bumps in my eyebrows from really hot wax and acrylics are cut underneath and messed up and toes I had nail polish on for 2 days I got them on TWO DAYS AGO and they are chipping! Had acrylics already, wanted to try a new place. First visit went well except for color I picked I was told was empty & she picked a color close to my choice, went back 2 weeks later for a fill in & to fix a broken nail. Male who worked on me was very rough & many times I had to pull my hand back & tell him he was hurting me.( My hands still hurt today, one day after having job done.) I asked if someone else could do the job & he ignored me & kept working. When he removed my polish I saw a very dark spot under the acrylic, I asked him what that was & he stated it was fungus, I have never had fungus in all the years of having my nails done. Watching closer, he used the same tools on fungus & then on my non affected nails, questioned him on that.. ignored again. Nail polish looked old & didn't dry properly, was tacky for hours after I left. I will not be going back there, since the remodel, prices & cheaper but cleanliness is sub standard. read more
