My results were not as good as they used to be. For example, when I asked if they could also clean up my cuticles I was told that I could so that myself at home. Also, when I said I was leaving for a week at the shore my tech made fun of my choice, saying she wouldn't waste her time. A real vacation is the islands, not ugly Jersey. Of course the islands would be nicer, but way to look down on your paying customer. I didn't lose sleep over it, but I also don't have to go back.

Color choices are good! They offer a ton of services outside of nails. Pricing is fair and if you sign in after so many points you get a coupon! I also think there is a discount when you pay with cash! 4 stars because there's always a wait, even with an appointment.. when I'm not in a time crunch I don't usually mind but when I make an appointment it's usually for a reason and to be seen on time. I paid for a 120 min massage. I have a couple complaints…read more First I wanted a deep tissue massage and I specially stated before hand I had a lot of knots to get out. There was hardly any pressure at all, it almost felt as if she was just rubbing lotion on my skin the entire time. Also she left the room a couple times during session for a few minutes, but time still ended exactly 3pm, when massage started a few minutes after 1, so received less then 120min. I came home still having many knots even after a 120min massage.
