Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! The woman who performed my facial, who I was told is the owner named Kim, made the entire process feel unpleasant. It honestly felt as though she didn't enjoy what she does or interacting with people, which made the facial uncomfortable. Her hands were rude, and her touches were harsh and unprofessional--nasty, really. In my opinion, she should not be offering any cosmetology or esthetician services. I've had facials at other locations, but I didn't even know an experience could be this bad. The place itself also felt dirty, which only added to the negative impression. Additionally, the robe they gave me to wear looked old and well-used, and I wasn't sure if it had been washed between clients. The cloths they used to remove creams were rough on my face--like old, worn towels. It was an overall very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
