Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! After showering off the next morning, my tan is a perfect, natural-looking shade. Overall this was the best spray tan I have ever had in terms of convenience, color, and professionalism. When my pale self first walked in here I was very afraid of getting spray tanned and be orange and all that jazz. So I came a few days before because I had questions to ask. The girl at the front (I wish i remembered her name) was very helpful and put my doubts away. The day of the tan, there was a different girl working and she was also very helpful and explained everything and recommended some tips on how to make the tan last. Now onto the tan itself, I recommended getting a spray tan from here to everyone now! It looks good, and you do NOT look orange (if you get the right color). I always get the light (the options are low, light, medium, and dark) and I have never looked orange or had streaks. It does look a little darker on the pores around your body but it's hardly noticeable. Within hours of getting it your body will have uneven spots, and streaks and you will want to cry and scrub it away. DON'T! Wait the 6 hours to shower, and all the unevenness will wash away. The next day you will have a nice glow to yourself and not be pale (which is what I'm always aiming for). I frequent them for any "big" occasion I have to attend as my pet peeve is looking pale in pictures.

I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car. In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area.
