He is so thorough, listens to my likes and concerns and nails it EVERY SINGLE TIME. He makes sure I'm completely happy and I never feel like he's rushing through it. It lasted about 2 weeks and it looked like it did the day before I got it cut. I asked him to make it shorter but he said "No, not too short." Needless to say, the customer isn't always right in his book. So, I figured I'd give another stylist a chance since the salon is literally around the corner from my house. Called to make an appointment. They logged it on the wrong week and then called to see where I was. When we figured out what had happened, I couldn't get an appointment for the day I had intended. I reluctantly agreed to the next day. On the day of my appointment, I arrive about 5 minutes early, rushing out of work to get there. Well, 15 minutes later and there's no sign of the stylist. She's not even in the salon!! That was enough for me. I went home and made an appointment at another salon.
