Initially thought it was because the wheel locked and it was a feature with the car. Turns out the key was wron and I wouldn't have known without RG. He said he could come out within 45 minutes and he arrived sooner. It took him about 15 minutes to get a new key made and programmed and it works like a charm. I was charged $199 and honestly did not mind because the service was extremely quick and it solved my ongoing issue I had with the new vehicle. We contracted Five Star to work on our house that was damaged from tornado hail in July 2024…read more September 2025 the work has been completed. The staff that came over to do the work were all amazing. The work completed was top notch. Communication is what lead to the 3 stars. The sales and lead are extremely hard to get in contact with. The project began and they never ordered the correct color j channels. We had to pivot and go with white or wait another 1-3 weeks for the color to come in. This was figured out after the house was stripped. Our gutters were off all summer and we had to keep pestering them about when they will come complete the gutters. We were also waiting on the schedule for the garage door. Finally told they no longer can help with replacing the garage door, their organization had changed this summer and no longer works in that sector. We had to find a different contractor. One of the reasons we went with this company is due to they could work on all the projects. Had a few issues with the siding warping and cracking within a few months. Once we heard back, they quickly came out and replaced the damaged siding. We communicated with the lead to be cautious around my peony garden. That was never communicated to the workers. Crushed some of my plants. The work and quality was very good, communication needs improved.
