I'm a woman who has been growing out my hairline for the past 8 months with the goal of making my forehead look smaller, and every time I've gone in for forehead threading and explained that I want to keep as many baby hairs as possible (even taking a mirror and pointing to the hairs), they've taken a ton of hair off my hairline. Every time they just nod as if they understand the request but don't ask any followup questions. The last time I went, they completely removed 8 months of growth... which really surprised me because the hair was LONG and not once did they check in with me to check in with me about what they were doing. It's pretty upsetting to grow your hair out for almost a year and have it decimated in fifteen minutes. I was a monthly customer for over a year with the old owner Nirmala, who I never had this issue with. Nirmala was extremely communicative and made sure she understood what I wanted before she started the service, whether she was threading my eyebrows or my forehead. Unfortunately, I won't be returning with the new management. I would err on the side of caution if you have specific requests, because IMO the new owners are not as communicative or conservative about hair removal as the old owner was.
