Eyebrow threading is walk-in and takes less than ten minutes (although may need to build in extra wait time if there are people in front of you, but I have never been there for more than 20 total). Eyelashes require an appointment, which is easy to do via phone or text. I opted for the classic lash, which looked extremely natural, and my lashes have stayed on for a while (only about 25% have fallen after three weeks). I had been growing my eyebrows out for months because I wanted to change the shape and make them more even. Unfortunately, my brows were basically just cleaned up and shaped the way I already had them before, so I felt like I grew them out for nothing. I was also offered a tint to help make them look more even. Unfortunately, the tint didn't help and actually made the difference more noticeable because there was dark tint left on the skin underneath one brow, making it look even higher. I also felt like the tint didn't really change anything, so it felt like money wasted. I brought my daughter for her first brow shaping because she has very thick, long brows and only wanted them cleaned up and shaped. Unfortunately, hers were also left uneven -- one was thick and rounded while the other had a more pointed arch. She was disappointed as well. I will say the lady was very sweet, welcoming, and kind, and the place was extremely busy with lots of customers coming in and out. I have nothing negative to say about her customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place more for cleaning up and maintaining an eyebrow shape you already like, rather than creating a new shape, evening out uneven brows, or doing a first-time brow transformation. For those services, I would personally look for someone who specializes more specifically in brow shaping.

Her vibe is super chill and laid back and she has the precision of a surgeon. I couldn't believe how clean and perfect my brows were when she finished. As a first time threading recipient, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the pain is quite minimal. If you have any experience with tweezing and/or waxing, you'll be just fine. Shanti is really great making you feel comfortable. She holds great conversation and is really friendly. I would go back and make sure that I book with her specifically in the future just to hang with her again while she brings my brows back to life. I get my brows laminated every few months, and I like them to be really precise and combed and gel upwards and bushy. She took every stray hair out, evened them out and trimmed them where needed.
