Eyebrow threading is walk-in and takes less than ten minutes (although may need to build in extra wait time if there are people in front of you, but I have never been there for more than 20 total). Eyelashes require an appointment, which is easy to do via phone or text. I opted for the classic lash, which looked extremely natural, and my lashes have stayed on for a while (only about 25% have fallen after three weeks). Unfortunately, the tint didn't help and actually made the difference more noticeable because there was dark tint left on the skin underneath one brow, making it look even higher. I brought my daughter for her first brow shaping because she has very thick, long brows and only wanted them cleaned up and shaped. Unfortunately, hers were also left uneven -- one was thick and rounded while the other had a more pointed arch. She was disappointed as well. I will say the lady was very sweet, welcoming, and kind, and the place was extremely busy with lots of customers coming in and out. I have nothing negative to say about her customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place more for cleaning up and maintaining an eyebrow shape you already like, rather than creating a new shape, evening out uneven brows, or doing a first-time brow transformation.
