I moved to this area this year, so it's been about 6 months since I started coming here and I can confidently say it's my favorite place to get my brows done - I've even tried three other local spots, and I always end up back here. I've been getting threaded for over 10 years now, so I'm very familiar with the skill and service, but in all my time, this is the only place I've gone where a massage at the end is prioritized. I walked in on a whim & Saru instantly greeted me! Very good vibes in the shop. Beautiful clothing store attached as well; with traditional garments which I thought was pretty cool! Anyway, it had been a while since I got threaded and did a full face. saru was pretty gentle and afterwards applied aloe which helped prevent breakouts! I came here several times for a full face wax and eyebrow threading. The first couple of times, the waxing was good. She was thorough and also gentle. However, this review is mainly the last two times I came in. The wax was too hot and I was burned in several places on my face. She also went over the same spot on my cheek which caused the thin skin to tear and has left a dark colored patch on my face. I gave her 3 stars because she is a small business and a nice person. But I won't be coming back. On a plus note, my poor experience here motivated me to start laser hair removal. read more

I've come here a few times, she's quick and efficient. She's also very decently priced and actually listens to what I would like done for my eyebrows. The inside of the shop is super clean and she uses hand sanitizer before going anywhere near my face which I do appreciate. I would not recommend relying on the hours of operation online, however, I have gone a few times during the day and the store isn't open. I would recommend calling ahead. read more

Wish I could give no stars! What a waste of time driving to this place and seeing its suppose to be open online. So I go, see the open sign and pay for the parking meter only to walk up to locked doors when it's suppose to be open. I call the business number and no one answers. Really rude because that's not how a business should be run. I wait like 5 minutes for someone to either come to the door, call me back or pull up and none of that happens so I drove off like 3 minutes away to Priya Beauty Salon who was very professional and sweet. Almost done with my eyebrows and than I get a call from this place which I declined because it was clearly to late. read more

Wonderful service. Lady at the desk was super sweet and very accommmodating even though I was running late to my appointment. I took a break from threading for over a year due to the pandemic . Even though I'm fully vaccinated, I was hesitant to come but I felt perfectly safe! She wore a mask and a shield. She has also changed technique and instead of having the thread in her joint, she puts it around her neck. She wiped down the chair as soon as I got out of it. Overall, great experience and I'll be coming back. Fair price too btw! Same as what I used to my place before that closed due to the pandemic. Come support a local business if you can! read more

This lady is terrible. I came for my lip & chin . I told her I didn't want my eyebrows done . She said let me clean them . She kept on insisting & I said okay . You made them look worst . It came to up to 30 dollars . She charged me for things I didn't even ask her to do . Now my eyebrows are looking worst . I will never come here again . Paru is fabulous. I have issues with my brows, where it's they are uneven and I have patchy spots on my brows. She does aan amazing and thorough job of shaping them so well that they look even. I have, well had beautiful thick eyebrows and came in asking for a 'cleanup, maybe just a little thinner'. My eyebrows have been chopped in half. The right eyebrow is higher than the left. The tail of my left eyebrow is longer than the right. There are significant gaps in my left brow. I have been getting my brows threaded for 10 years and have probably tried 20 salons. I have never been so devastated. I could barely speak when I saw them and came home and cried for half an hour. Heartbroken... I loved my eyebrows. read more
