They used Hawaiian Crane and Rigging to move the equipment to and from the brush 100 feet below my house. Hawaiian Crane and Rigging brought in one of their 300 ton cranes, and their driver maneuvered the large crane into our tiny cul de sac. The crane operator lifted the equipment over my house and placed everything right on the designated spot, and he did this for 4+ hours! I had nothing to worry about. These guy are pros!! Derek gave me a call and left a message (I wasn't available to answer) and asked to send him photos of what I want done. I sent him a video and explained what I was looking to get done. He was able to give me an estimate based on the video I sent. As they were in the area, he gave me a call asking if I had some time today to come by with the crew. They called after their job was done and came by and cut down all of my tall trees. They were really efficient and cleaned up really really well, including taking a pile of leaves (from the palms) that I had left for the next green waste day. Although they were using my green bin to haul green waste out to their trucks, they emptied it all into their trucks and left my bin empty. The back where they were working as well as the front where they cut the trees into smaller pieces to load were cleaned up really well before leaving. Highly recommend!!

Had a small roof leak during the recent stormy weather. 36 year old flue flange was cracked and was…read morein need of replacement. Called Bobby from action roofing and within a day sent George out to replace the flange. Work was completed quickly and professionally. My roof has two other flue flanges and during another storm had another leak. Called Bobby and he had George come out and check the next day. The new flange was tight and George discovered serious cracking around the other two flanges, took pictures to show me the problem, temporarily sealed them, took more pictures but said they really should be replaced. Decided to replace, called Bobby, gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled the repair the following week. Got a call from George a couple of days later and asked if he could do the job early than scheduled. He came out replaced the other two flanges and took pictures for me. Nowadays this kind of service is very rare indeed. Was also impressed when George told me my roof was in good condition so no worries there. Very honest and reflects considerably on the company.
