The second half of this , overseen by Chris was horrible! My furniture and home completely covered in dust! Hats off to the two Chines guys and gal who truly busted their Burt's in labor! This could have been easily a 4/5 STARS, but due to a lack of job oversight on the job, and communication it's a 2 STAR! When the project guy asks you not to give him a poor or bad review at the get go? Makes you go hmmmmm! I'm glad it's all done! But my furniture is embedded with drywall dust! My electronics? No one cared to take the time to cover and protect with preparation. They showed up when they chose, because they didn't understand English well, not their fault the project guy wasn't there on sight to direct them! I'm on the fence about this business, if I hadn't mentioned what appeared to be short cuts or not lining up with what I was told... Don't say you can deliver and it doesn't happen!

From the very beginning, the team--led by Evan--made the process smooth and stress-free. It was a true one-stop shop experience, which saved us so much time and hassle. They brought our vision to life with beautiful attention to detail and craftsmanship. The booth was eye-catching, totally on-brand, and drew so many people to our table. We received compliments all weekend long! Their team was professional, reliable, and punctual--they delivered and installed the domes ahead of schedule, which gave us plenty of time to focus on the rest of our event setup. The domes themselves were beautifully designed, clean, and really elevated the vibe of the entire festival. What impressed me most was the variety of dome options they had in their inventory. Whether you're planning a workshop space, chill zone, vendor area, or a unique photo backdrop, they have multiple sizes and styles that can fit different needs and pricing. On top of the dome rentals, Arch Hawaii also helped us with custom fabricated decorative elements that made the entire setup feel cohesive and intentional. Their in-house fabrication capabilities gave us a lot of creative flexibility, and the final look was even better than we imagined. If you're looking for event dome rentals in Hawaii--and a team that can go beyond rentals to create a full visual experience--Arch Hawaii is the way to go. Can't recommend them enough. -- Catherine R.

Upon removing the guest bathroom toilet, the plumber found water leaking from the toilet wax ring. Upon removing the old paradigm flooring, installers found old flooring to be wet underneath and moisture leading down the hallway. Matt Wagner of Abbey Carpet was notified as all work stopped due to possibility of mold and mildew. Matt immediately called Premier Restoration Hawaii and Ryker Hyde came within hours. Ryker checked the complete area in the bathroom and hallway with his moisture reader and infrared imaging function and found no visible moisture or signs of mold or mildew and floor installation was able to continue 2 days later. Whew!!! Ryker advised spaying a preventative microbial application around the toilet wax ring as a precautionary measure before new flooring is installed. Ryker was so professional and thorough in checking and explaining everything to me, a senior who knows very little about plumbing. Ryker was so caring and helpful and did not charge anything for his inspection and work that day. Wonderful!!! I highly recommend Premier Restoration Hawaii and Ryker Hyde to anyone who faces a type of restoration problems. They are wonderful!!!

Secondly, this is considered a small job so making an appointment takes forever. Mike responded immediately. He came out when he was supposed to, and rewelded my hinges in no time. He came back two days later and grinded down my cement to allow better gate movement at no charge! Who does that? Well Mike does. Wow. Highly recommend. Wish I had more wrought iron stuff for him to work on.
