Apparently the other person was an employee answering from the stockroom. To yell to employees is bad , and to do it in front of the customers is TERRIBLE! This is very disrespectful. This definitely scares away any customer. The skirt ended up falling apart AT the wedding I was attending and I had to hold it together with safety pins, which wasn't really enough for the heavily embroidered fabric.
