Jorge, Andy, John, and everyone else have been so excellent to work with. I came looking at a Rowe sectional and they helped me pick the perfect one, ordered me 20 different off white fabrics (aggressive I know but I needed options), and were so patient with me through my decision process. Their pricing was the best I found and I knew I wanted to buy from a small local business, so I placed the order for my couch and waited for it to come in. The fabric ended up being on back order so we were going to be without a couch for a few weeks. When I called them in a panic they said no worries, they'd get me a loaner in a few days. It was SO generous and held us over until our sectional arrived. Delivery was seamless and even faster than they quoted me. When it arrived it was so perfect and somehow exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend warehouse showrooms enough!

It's as if you're in a restaurant smorgasbord where all treats are enticing on both sides. I am almost certain you will find something here to your liking and can put to your short list. We were helping our millennial daughter look for furniture for her newly purchased condo. We went to the big furniture store nearby and weren't that impressed given the price tag for the better items and may have picked out a few pieces to consider. But when walked in Furniture 4 ( we previously bought a mattress about 2 years ago for a friend) we already saw at least 2 sofas to our liking. Upstairs, we were debating which among four dining sets to pick. There were other interesting items like a decorative mirror and a long tall desk but we had to prioritize our purchases. In the end, we bought a 5 pc. dining set, an extra matching bench, and a king size leather headboard and frame. Abdi, who tended the store that Saturday was very accommodating, never imposing. He does not hover over you trying to force a sale but is ready to answer your questions and will give you options on color, availability, delivery costs and schedules. We got a super deal! The icing on the cake was that we came in 1 pm, closed the deal in less than an hour, got a big discount on the price and delivery cost, was able to get the unit on display, Abdi checked and said the bed was in a nearby storage, and had everything delivered THE SAME DAY by around 7 pm! Jose the delivery guy is equally awesome. He single-handedly brought up to the second level all the heavy furniture and assembled the dining table and bed. If you like what you see in Furniture 4, you will get it at a value for money price through Abdi and most probably, like others customers who bought on that day, get it delivered in a few hours. That's a hard deal to match!

Not some knockoff POS! Huzzah!!! And then I saw the price tag these scheisters have popped on it, calling it a "deal".... pfffffff. I actually dropped my phone, I was that stunned. $400 markup over what you'll pay direct from the manufacturer, INCLUDING shipping AND white glove service. And it's not as though so much time has passed since I bought them, either. I purchased my set in the last 90 days, but (sadly) also long after the Christmas and after-Christmas sales were over. So I reached out via message through Facebook marketplace to voice this, and my combined concern and displeasure at this considerable markup. Charging $1200 when the cost is just over $800... that's stretching the American Dream into Used Car Salesmen territory. Screenshots below for you to see their "customer service" hard at work. Honestly after a lot of money spend and shoulder and neck pains I figured out that I needed a change. I thought maybe I just needed a better chair but that only helped a little bit. I started to become desperate and lazy, 'maybe I should just work on the floor' I thought to myself, with that I discovered that I had less back pains and started just working from the floor. I tried this out for 3 months and I am happy to report that my back pains have lessened. So what does R-Home furniture have to do with this discover? Well everything of course, I started researching online about a sturdy short table, but not just any table would do. I was looking for a table that if I really wanted to I could use as a dining table, just something of quality! After a ton of research and a lot of unsuccessful and risky online ads, I found R-Home furniture. I sent an inquiry online and asked George if he had a Chabudai (Japanese short table) and he replied yes! I was super excited and let him know the dimensions I wanted as well as the base. I was a bit unsure of the colors and bases but George walked me through it. Two days later I came in and took a look at all the available pieces and was in awe of the selection, the picture really doesn't do it justice. After some indecisiveness on my part George recommend me a few pieces and I took it home the same day. The table wouldn't fit in my car if the base was attached but George and Ricky helped my husband load the table in the car. If you are ever looking for a great deal and just a bit of customization you definitely don't have to go further than to R-Home.
