One of them was in worse shape than the one I took off. One was chunked out and showing cord and the other was not much better. These tires would not pass a safety inspection so I refused to take them. When I pointed it out to them they shrugged their shoulders and told me all their used tires were like that, which concerns me even more.

The price I was quoted was $135 for this service. I arrived to find out that the guy who I had talked to on the phone had lost my appointment - so instead of being handled immediately I got to spend 1.5 hours waiting for my tires to be changed. After the wait I was presented with the bill for $179.88. When I protested that I was told $135 - your clerk said... " well sir - I don't want to call you a liar - but ... the price is not $135" First off who the hell talks to a customer like that. Second your company's deceptive tactics are ridiculous. I'm seriously angry at paying $45 more than the quoted price. Called the manager - they really don't care about losing customers.
