When I entered, I was greeted by Paul Koch sales manager and Blair product advisor with smiles, handshakes, and a feeling that the customer does really matters. Cam, Celia and Blair never failed to please me and was able to accommodate to all my needs to allow me to leave the dealership as a happy customer. This was my first experience with Lexus. I live about 45 minutes away from south pointe . I phoned the dealership, I spoke with sales manager PAUL . I said , I am expecting to trading my Mazda CX 5-2014 to a Lexus 2017 NX 200 - series 3 sport and he said, "Great, I will arrange everything for you. his voice was very friendly and professional over the phone, that made me drive to south pointe within an hour. When I went to south pointe , I was directed to sales manager Cam and product advisor Blair by Paul , I can't say enough about Cam and Blair as my sales contacts. Cam was outstanding. Cam went above and beyond to make sure I purchase the SUV I was most comfortable with. He spent a lot of time with me until I am fully comfortable about the brand. He gave me suggestions and advises but no pressure. Just great, accomodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with . I was given a date to pick up my SUV , it was on 10 th but I wanted to pick it up on 9th, I called CELIA on 8 th evening and requested her to assist me on this, she arranged everything to me to pick up the vehicle on 9th including my registration for the new SUV. My second day, I went to pick up my SUV and Celia had everything already set up for a smooth transition. She took care of my new SUV registration and etc... after I purchased my vehicle, I still contact Celia for everything related to my SUV and her response was so quick, prompt, professional and perfect. CELIA, gets to know her customers and guides them through each step of the purchase and after purchase . She wears a sincere smile and inner integrity that makes purchasing a vehicle a joy. Due to my request, BLAIR product advisor came in on his day off to hand over me the vehicle, which I thought showed tremendous customer service. He had everything already set up for my new SUV including my Number plate ( thank you Blair for fixing my broken number plate , it looks good) . He has a excellent knowledge about vehicles , I was very satisfied with how he took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle. Blair thank you for being their for me on your day off and spending almost 5 hours to make things positive, BLAIR was very knowledgeable about the product, wasn't pushy at all, was patient, and really put us at ease... I was not scared to drive my NX that night ( Around 10 pm ) because of Blair 's excellent training . I would certainly recommend Lexus south pointe, recommend you give these guys a chance to make you the happy owner of a vehicle of your choice. They will work to make the deal acceptable for you. Disclaimer: I like this place at a four-star level, but because I didn't do anything car-sales-related here I'm forcing myself not to unduly influence their ratings. The hunnybunny and I arrived here to take advantage of a Groupon car-cleaning special. The price was very good, and the service was UNBELIEVABLY EXACTING. Seriously, this was a decade-old car that'd made several trips into the dusty desert for Burning Man (among many other long trips) and when we got it back we had to double-check the license plate to be sure we were looking at the same car. They detailed it to pretty much new, inside and out. The wheel wells, the tyres, the interior pleather, all of it shone. Truly special, I tell you. But that's not what reminded me to write this review. Noooooo, what was really special was the free bottled water and hot coffee and massage chairs in the lobby of the Lexus South Pointe building. The hunnybunny just purred for the entire time. Oh, and free and fast Wi-Fi. Sometimes it's "date night or fight night". Make it amazing, and make it a date night here. My 2015 IS350 was purchased from the other dealer in town and they do not come close in terms of customer services and value. If you walk into this dealership thinking you will get the same level of service compared to the other Lexus dealer in Edmonton, you could not be more wrong. I would never wish Lexus South Pointe on my worst enemies because the customer service really is that bad - in fact, there is none! Where do I begin? From the moment I walked in, nobody was there to assist me. A manager had to find a salesman in order to help me out. This was already a big red flag, but you see, I persisted because the vehicle in the color combo I wanted was only available at Lexus South Pointe. When it came time to negotiate pricing, I could not have been more insulted by the entire ordeal. The salesman pulled the tactic where the dealer tells the customer they made a $7,500 loss buying the vehicle from the first owner. So? Am I supposed to be the customer where you try to get that $7,500 back? Why should I care about the inability of your dealership to make a proper business decision? To make matters worse, the salesman questioned my intelligence about the vehicle during the sales process. When you, the customer, has to show the salesman, the one selling the car to you, about certain specifications that he thinks you are pulling out of your magic hat via showing him the Lexus press release and the brochure, it's clear Lexus South Pointe has work to do on training its employees both in terms of knowledge and how to judge the intelligence of customers properly. The only bright spot was the financial manager, Celia, who was very nice and took the time to explain the paperwork in a concise manner. She made the dealership experience somewhat salvageable. Once that arduous and stressful sales process was over, we had agreed on several things to fix for the vehicle come delivery date including curb rash and rock chips on the windshield. You would think Lexus South Pointe would take care of that right? Absolutely not. Later on, I was told by the salesman we had never talked about the curb rash - insisting it was never part of the discussion. Whatever, I'll let that one slide because it wasn't signed and written down (do I really have to do this?). On delivery date we showed up to find ... the one big rock chip they promised to take care of staring at us from the windshield. This was getting infuriating as the rock chips were mentioned several times in our discussion and I had even called the day before to make sure it was taken care of - I guess staff doesn't listen to their customers at Lexus South Pointe. And finally, you would think after all this, they would deliver the car all in one piece. Nope. When we got home, we realized the cargo cover was missing! It was there on the date of the test drive but we had overlooked it while taking delivery. We do not live anywhere near the dealership and had to spend another hour driving back-and-forth to pick up a cargo cover for the vehicle. Honestly, I will not be returning to Lexus South Pointe after this entire ordeal. Nobody has apologized for their mistakes and it just shows the level of arrogance Lexus South Pointe displays to the public. This experience has been extremely stressful and insulting for myself and our entire family. read more

We bought our new Lexus from this dealership. Although there were some minor issues at the beginning, the management went over and above expectations to fix the problem. Have had the car in twice for service. The first 1600 km check, and the. To get snow tires put on. We found that the price of the snows including rims, was most reasonable, easily comparable to any of the other tire outlets. As always the service department does what they can to accommodate you. Gary, the assistant service mgr. Is always positive, and makes you feel like they want your business. Although the Lexus is a more expensive than average car, it is well worth the money. Had trouble getting my "refundable" hold deposit back. They only changed their tune when I talked about leaving a bad review. I should not have to talk about review to get a hold deposit back. This happened 8 months ago but I felt compelled to publish it because I don't think it was right. Treat people right, kind and with common sense and you will get nothing but good reviews. It really IS THAT simple. :) . My recommendation is check these guys out but don't put down a hold because you might not get that back even if they say you will. Apart from that the facility itself is beautiful and the sales person seemed VERY knowledgable. read more

My trusty old work vehicle finally died in mid-December and I knew it was time to go through the dreaded process of talking to the used car salesman. I'm a straightforward person and I don't like to play the games that most dealerships like to play. I was looking for a specific type of car and noticed that this Lexus dealership had one in their used inventory. We went in as they were closing on a Saturday night just to take a look. We were so impressed that they were extremely patient, stayed after hours and answered all questions that we had and even let us test drive several vehicles to get a feel for differences between several cars. We talked preliminary pricing and although we didn't buy that night, we kept them in mind. We went to a few other dealerships afterwards, but none came close to the experience that we had dealing with Lexus South Pointe. At some lots, we were ignored, at others, we experienced high pressure sales tactics. We went back to Lexus South Pointe and they offered us the best deal for the car we were looking for, with no fuss. Thank you to Artem, Michael, Sumeet and to the General Manager, Mr. Shivji for taking what I expected to be a stressful experience and turning it into a very pleasant experience.
