Came to get a tire repair done. I had an appointment for 4PM. Apparently, they were finishing the 3:30 appointment at 5PM. I have been waiting for over an hour, just to get my tire fixed. I am not impressed, and I will definitely not be coming back. I'm very disappointed. As an ex tire tech, of over 7 years, it should not take anywhere close to this long to get customers out the door. read more

Very happy with this place. went in with a steering knuckle problem which had caused other hidden issues. There was a delay getting the part in from Lethbridge due to Loomis taking their sweet time. But they did the minimum necessary to fix the problem in order to save me money, and made sure they had the car back to me Friday afternoon. Honest and fair. They are my new mechanic shop read more

I would NEVER recommend KalTire based on this location. I dropped off my vehicle, believing i needed a new battery. I explained the issue i was having, which could've been the battery or the alternator. explained to them that the Lloyd, AB location had just installed the battery one year prior. they installed a new battery, THEN tested after - only to then find out that its the alternator that was the problem, not the battery. feel completely fucked over by these people and tell everyone I know about this experience going back to canyon meadows auto and Chad Stronge to have the alternator replaced, as i know they are honest, and find out what the problem is first prior to doing any work. read more

I had a flat tire last night. I brought the tire in for repair at 10AM this morning. I asked Ben if they could have it done by 4 this afternoon. I asked him to let me know if it was repairable, and if not , to let me know. I went back at around 3:30 hoping to pick it up and it wasn't ready. Again I said I needed it by 4 as I have a delivery job (using this vehicle) . He said, well maybe. I just received a phone call at 4:05 telling me it was not repairable and they didn't have a tire for me. When I got upset he said: I didn't put the nail in it. It's not my fault. I am working now, delivering, with no spare tire. This is unacceptable service. I could have easily taken it somewhere else, with much better results and less attitude, if I had been told they were too busy to help. Really bad service. Go elsewhere! read more

My experience here has always been superior and today was no exception. Checked me in like clockwork, completed the required service and took the time to go over my inspection report in a clear and concise manner. Gave me the straight goods with no up sell pressure. The manager is a scammer!!! He tried to charge me an extra $100.00 because I didn't buy my tires from him! This fee is complete bull$#%+.... Customers beware!!! I give him two down and one UP!!! If yah know what I mean!!! read more

My wife blows a tire on Deerfoot in her new escape won't ant to replace 1 tire they said had to replace said no they put one on the rim don't install it but I think they charged us for the price of 4 tires. Over $400 nice deal. Made our day read more

I got bought winter tires and got them installed here. It was a pretty decent price and I managed to get an appointment in two days when other places couldn't get me in for weeks. They replaced them within a few hours. read more

Was booked an appointment promptly when i told the associate i had a flat tire within 12 hours of filling it up. Dropped it off at 8:30 this morning and told it would be done by the time i was off work at 5:30. After work went to pick it up to find it wasnt done and was asked to come back in one more hour. It doesnt take 10 hours to fix a nail and i could have fixed it myself in much less time. Not a good first experience, will not be taking my car there again. read more

Went in to get a flat fixed. Appointment was for next day. In and out in 15 minutes and they didn't charge me for the fix and showed me the lovely nail that was in my tire. Excellent customer service and fantastic client retention. read more
