It appeared the problem with my car wasn't really a problem and I drove it until I traded it in without ever having a problem. I have been taking my vehicle(s) there ever since. On my last oil change they recommended a new windshield which I was in the midst of pricing out. Kyle suggested they could do it at their shop. I booked it in and was very pleased with the workmanship, price and proximity to my house. A day after the windshield was in it had its first rainstorm test. No leaks. Perfect! My Jeep almost died on me due to random misfiring in the engine and worn out spark plugs and they were able to quickly fix it last minute the next day. As someone who has experienced a few mechanic shops where they don't explain the issue, or they explain it in a condescending way, Joe at the front desk, along with everyone in the shop, made me feel like I wasn't a burden.
