Convenient were able to diagnosis the issue and fix it. Since then, Convenient is our 'go to' place for all of our vehicles. We are confident in the quality of work and never feel like we are being encouraged to spend more on repairs than necessary. Great place. Have been using them for years and have never had any sort of issues. There was even one time the 'dealership' was telling me i had this huge issue that was going to cost like $1000 to fix.. i took it to Convenient Auto and turned out to be like a $70 part and the entire bill came in under $200 (including oil change). I was referred to them years ago after another mechanic (at Stadium Nissan) told me I was an 'irresponsible female driver' for not authorizing $5000 (in 1993 dollars), what later turned out to be unnecessary work. They have always been good to me. A great, trust worthy shop. If there is ever a problem (literally in 1997), they corrected, it no questions asked. I highly recommend this shop and carry a stack of their business cards to give out to others. I simply can not recommend them enough. Only down side is you can walk to the shop from the LRT (and I have regularly), but there is no sidewalks in part of the walk - a City of Calgary issue - not theirs. Having said that if you call them, they have in the past come and gotten me or driven me back to the LRT. This is a great Calgary business and worth supporting. read more

Can't say enough about the great service we got at Convenient Auto from Paul and his staff. We had originally taken our vehicle to a dealer who had botched our service so we brought our vehicle to Conveniet Auto and they were able to fix it faster and considerably cheaper than the dealer had fixed it.
