Got a flat tire a block away from this place and thought I was in luck given the reviews. I walked in and the guy literally just stared at me without greeting me at all. In the middle of our conversation the phone rings and he picks it up and starts talking. No "excuse me", or "sorry, I have to get this". Just picked it up and ignored me. Really professional right? Told him I got a flat and asked if it could be fixed today. He said they are busy today but I could leave the car here but there's no guarantee that it would be done today. I needed the car for the night so asked if they could just pop on the spare tire and repair the damaged tire and they said it then might take a couple days?? Not sure why but it would take longer doing that but seemed like they didn't want my business so I called a different place to get it done there. The place was a few km away and I didn't want to drive on the flat. So I started to put on the spare tire myself. I'm thinking this might have been a bad look for them "a guy changing his own tire in front of a tire shop" cause the guy comes out and starts saying I can't do that in their parking lot because of liability problems. Was I supposed to drive back on the road and do it there? I told them I would be 15 minutes and he literally yelled at me, "Just be quick and don't damage the other cars, Jesus!" And went back into the store. I don't know what I could've done differently here. I felt like I was patient with them given how rude they were when they first met with me. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be taking my future business elsewhere and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

My on board computer said I had low pressure in my tires. I looked for a local on Yelp and went to Tirecraft. After advising them of my issue they asked me to pull into the first bay and that they would check the tires. One tire was down a couple of pounds only and after they soaped the the tire said it may have been the monitor. They said to keep and eye on the pressure and any further issues they will pull the tire off to check it if there is a screw or nail in it. I have been going to Afif at this location for a while now, and have been meaning to write a review because they deserve it. Just like when I have a bad experience, I want other people to know because I look to reviews to help me decide who I am giving my business to. I honestly can't stress enough how honest, fair and helpful these guys have been. Where to start? I went around to numerous places for a quote on replacing my power steering assembly in my 2008 Honda Civic, and Lyons Tirecraft were the best price. I took it in, and it was done when they said it would be done, there were no extra charges, and there have been no problems ever since. I bought my tires there, and they switch them over free of charge every year. I took my car in because it was overheating and not only did they squeeze me in last minute and fix it in a couple hours, they didn't gouge me. I have actually been pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive my bill was on more than one occasion. I feel really good about this place, as honest as can be and efficient. In the world of mechanics, these are valuable traits. I feel very good about taking my vehicles there. read more
