Site says you open at 8. I arrived just before and you don't open until 9. Very disappointing

Shameless upselling. Tried to tell me I have an oil leak and need extra $$$ services. Spilled oil in several spots on engine when taking filter out. I had to clean these area later. It's like a snake oil booth at a carnival. There is no oil leak in the vehicle. read more

Do not go to this location for service. I was pressured into an extra service while doing an oil change a few months ago. just after the service, our vehicle had a very strong oil smell. we brought back the next day and they told us that was normal after a flush. We ended bringing our vehicle to our mechanic who indicated that the filter was not put back correctly and that it was due to a botched service. Our mechanic took videos and clearly indicated the poor work done so we could ask for our money back. I reached out to Owner who appeared to want to correct things but ultimately did nothing for us. Great way to do business, has certainly lost ours. read more

I went in on Saturday for an oil change and to change the transmission fluid. After about an hour everyone went missing and nobody came back near my truck for approximately another hour. I had to ask one of the techs changing the oil in the bay Beside me what was happening and he went to find out and came back saying they put the wrong oil in my engine. When the tech that was doing my oil change came back he said they had made a huge mistake and added transmission fluid to my engine by accident. They were scrambling and checking to see what harm they might have done. The tech told me they drained the oil again and replaced the filter again and added new oil so they said it "should be ok". The tech then told me they were going to give me the transmission service for free which seemed somewhat of a reasonable compromise seen as I had been there for over 2 hours at that stage. However then 10 minutes later he told me the boss said no and that I would have to pay the full price for all services done but he would give me $20 off. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was there for 3 hours exactly overall. It was after I found out that because they ran the engine with the transmission fluid in it there is a high chance an injector could possibly go over the next 3 months. I would not let this place anywhere near anyone's car ever again. They made no effort to hide the for mistake. I had to make sure they put the mistake on their invoice and the techs were not one bit courteous after they made their mistake. My advise would be to go to Mr lube or another location where they might be able to admit mistakes and the possible consequences of them. These people will try to not be held accountable and your car is your livelihood to get to work etc. Worst oil change experience ever ! read more

As my car dealership requires an appointment for an oil change to be booked about 3 years in advance, I was looking for somewhere to go quickly before leaving on vacation. I looked on Yelp and found Lube-X. It was close enough to work and seemed like the other reviewer had a good experience. I was greeted by a really nice guy who chatted with me the whole time I was there (it wasn't busy at the time). Although they had some trouble matching my car's oil filter (the one in the book didn't match, although it was for 2011 and my car is 2012), they went the extra mile by calling their boss before just going with the one that fit. The boss seemed to be doing some research from home, as he kept calling back. They showed me my air filter and told me it didn't need to be replaced. Also, he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need (which always happened at the Minit-lube I went to years ago). I was very happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back here again. read more

The manager Jason was very abrupt telling me my oil was low. I checked it that morning and it was only dirty not low. He tried to tell me I needed synthetic oil I asked for basic. He said well keep an eye on it it will get low quick with basic and it wasn't smart to use basic in the summer. I then left and my truck was leaking oil everywhere I went. I went back and they checked it. They said it was a manufacturing issue with the oil filter not their workmanship. However I find it very convenient that this is the only time I've ever had an issue with my truck and there was another lady in the bay next to me that they were also trying to tell her that she needed synthetic and a complete transmission flush, she responded that's interesting as I just had one done! I will definitely never go back to any jiffy lube and will be telling anyone I know never to go back. read more

Tremendous service. Fast and honest, never tried to push additional services and even suggested I hold off on changing my front diff. WOW WOW WOW! I've been a pretty loyal customer for the regular oil changes over the years, they've always been quick, efficient and I never felt like they were upselling anything. Anyway, phoned to see if they could do a tranny flush, not all places do, and the gentleman said come Monday thru Friday b/c the fellow who does them would be there. So I felt reassured by that. Took it in on the Monday and the fellow jumped right to it. Found out later he was the manager, I believe Jeremy or Jason (can't remember sorry!). While they were doing the flush they told me my skid plate and bolts were missing, likely from the last place that did my oil change (which was a sketchy place in Kelowna unfortunately). He gave me the name of an auto parts place to call to get a used one and to bring it up and they'd put it back on for free. The service when I brought the skid plate in by Jolly and Jon was, again, exceptional. Even offered, actually insisted, to check my fluids since I was there. They've got a customer for life in me and I'll recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys! read more

Asked for a transmission flush, told me they couldnt on my car but that they would do a drain and fill, which they described as just as good. Being a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube with all good experiences I said ok. Paid $100 for it and was told I was good for another 50,000 km. Find out at my next oil change that my fluid is crap, looks like nothing was done and that it's dangerously low! So unsafe to send a customer out with an engine in that condition back onto the road. When I called I was told that they SHOULD have drained and filled multiple times but to come in and get that done would be another $200 (their full regular price). Even though the guy readily said they SHOULD have done it a different way. Edit: I am increasing my previous rating because I ended up emailing their head office and being contacted by the manager. He was personable and completely understood my frustration. We agreed to a remedy and I was able to the the fluid to a wonderful condition the same day I spoke with him. Obviously the owners and managers care about customer service a great deal and I have had a number of excellent mechanics in my visits. read more

I got an oil change and my mother In law decided to surprise us and accidentally got an oil change the next day. Basically only drove 50 km and we got charged for a second oil change. Went back expecting a refund and understanding but was instead told "tracking miles is not our responsibility" and refused to refund. Definitely ripped off and took advantage of a senior citizen. Careful you may be up sold or charged for additional service unnecessarily.. Best to try another location. read more

Awesome. These guys are great! I went to the creekside location, and was very impressed. They don't hassle or lie or try to sell you things you don't need like other places (cough cough MR LUBE). They even put on some wipers that I had purchased elsewere. Friendly, funny, easy to talk to, all over great place with great people. Will definetly be going back! read more

I called to see what the wait times might be. I also mentioned that I might have a blown fuse and could we take a look at that too. They said sure. So off I went. No line up, instant service, friendly, prompt AND we took a look at the issue and found the RIGHT fuse (not the same as in the manual) and off I went. Very happy. Totally worth the drive! I went in for a quarterly oil change this morning and received incredible service from the staff, especially Niaz. Niaz took the time to removed my glove compartment and what we found behind it was beyond disturbing. The air filter that is meant to block any airborne dust and bacteria was completely plugged and had NEVER been changed prior to today. I can not thank this gentleman enough for going beyond his expected duties and looking out for a fellow human. It is very possible that I am and have been sick in the past after driving in my vehicle due to the prior incompetence from previous mechanics. Niaz is the man I would highly recommend when visiting this location! read more

I've been to this location several times and the service has been excellent. The last time I was there (May 2019) it all changed. Having a busy schedule I planned my day based on having an oil change first thing in the morning, so I was there by 7:45am. As the employees drove in for the day, one of the guys got out of his black truck, looked at me and shook his head and then as he was unlocking the door, he very deliberately looked back again and shook his head at me as if I had done something wrong by showing up for when they open. Once inside, he wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Maybe he was having a bad morning... dunno... regardless, I won't be back again. There are plenty of places to get a quick oil change and not be made to feel like you've done something wrong for getting there early. read more

This was my first experience with this location..I will be back. I drive a Jeep with the Mercedes Diesel engine, which for some seems to cause confusion and and increase in parts prices....I found their pricing to be very fair, especially compared to a few of the dealers I had checked into. As a small business owner myself, I was impressed with the way they greeted me when I drove up, directed me to which bay would be next and approximately how long my wait would be. The shop is quite new and very clean and the staff seems to be up to speed on on things. I met the franchise owner and he was amiable and knowledgeable. My preference is to support small, local owner operated business. Being this is a newer plaza in the area, they are still not overwhelmingly busy so wait times are not horrendous at the moment. Oil change and everything is pretty good at the Creekside location, they aren't pushy and tells you everything they are doing. The only thing is they messed up my transmission fluid flush/refill by filling it with the wrong fluid. It was also splashed everywhere. I was told it was buffered with something so I shouldn't have problem, but my car ended up driving weird following the job. Also I had smoke coming out of my car hood the next day, which I've never seen before, and also a weird smell. I took it to my dealer and had it fixed immediately (That's when I found out about the wrong fluid/mess in transmission thing due to the job, my dealer even asked me where I got the job done because it was quite a mess). The Creekside people were understanding and rebated my service at the dealer. read more

These guys were awesome. Because the area is new, they are usually pretty quiet which means no waiting in line! They were very friendly, super fast, and gave me a free travel mug and window scraper! I will absolutely go back here, mostly because they are so quick and it's easy to get in and out right away. read more
