I definitely would not recommend this Kal Tire branch. paid full price for the repair of a leaking valve stem on my Honda CRV, turned out that the leak had not been properly repaired as it still leaked afterwards. took my vehicle back to this location and they informed me that I would be charged a 'bay rental' for the privilege and inconvenience of having to return after paying for work that had not been properly completed. avoid this place at all costs unless you intend to pay twice for shoddy work. read more

I had a tire leak and was able to get an appointment for repair the next day. I was told everything was fine and off I went. About 18 hours later I'm doing to work and I suddenly hear a scraping sound. I get out and see the tire has become dislodged from the rim. I understand mistakes happen, I understand complications come up. When I was able to speak to a manager they addressed all my concerns and were able to come to a very agreeable offer to correct everything. I think it shows a lot of integrity when a business acts like this. I was turned from a disappointed customer to a very satisfied one. read more

Appointment for winter tire change. They charged 100 plus to balance the tires. A month later went to my dealership and they review the balance and front wheels were leaning outside the back tires leaning inside. I had to repay for the balance, again. read more

Wonderful place! Brought my car here to have a punctured tire repaired. Ken had the tire repaired as I waited . As I waited staff were friendly ,accommodating and not one person tried to upsell me on anything!,,also was not charged anything for the repair! I know where I will be going when I need new tires. This stop should not be in operation with how they talk to their customers. My wife went in here as she was told that they would put her new tires on the rims and install them for free as the tires were bought at Kaltire months before. She had the work done and when we went to get her car back they charged her $126.00. She did not have that money as she is out of work.but this agency decides to take her drivers licence away and they let her drive off their lot without a drivers license. When I went it to speak to a manager this guy thought it was funny and kept smirking. That they overcharged her and then treated us so bad even other customers that where there were disgusted how this so called manager spoke to us. He seems to think I am not presidency and that there was nothing I can do about it. This company has just lost my commercial business and the business they would of got from my personal vehicle also. Stay far away from this company unless you want to be ripped off. read more

Can't say enough about the great service from this KalTire location. Dropped my truck & trailer off the night before to have trailer tires put on the next day. Long story short, had to unhook the trailer and leave it in the middle of their parking lot while truck was towed to be fixed. All the guys came out from the shop to help push things around and help me unhook. Now I'm here ( a day later) getting the tires on. Handshakes and smiles from all. Just finished having winter tires and wheel alignment done at this Kal Tire location. I had previously gone in and looked at tires before making my appt. today. Knowledgeable sales staff who are respectful and professional to help choose appropriate tires. Day of my appt. I chose to wait the few hours I was told this service would take in the customer service waiting area. Free wifi, coffee, popcorn and tv available. Wait was comfortable and went quickly. During wait time I did have service person update me. Very happy customer! read more

I am very happy with Kal Tire. They helped me save hundreds on winter tires on one occasion and did a great job on my break and rotors on another. I was prompted to try them the first time after I stopped in because I had a bad leak in my front passenger tire and they fixed it right away and DID NOT CHARGE ME A PENNY! read more

I've come to this location to get my tires pressure checked and air filled since its close to my office. One time they punctured my tires while repairing a leak and were very nice to replace my punctured Season Tire and gave me a deal on my winters. As I've come in get my replacement and change over to winter tires, the guy changing my tires punctured another one. Given that I've experienced punctured tires twice at this location, John the front service guy was really really sympathetic and did all in his power to help & in reality, he didn't have to be so nice. At the end he gave me a great deal on my winter tires, replaced my all-season and solved the problem. They could have been rejective and ignored me, but they didn't. Instead they were responsible and solved the problem and I'm truly thankful for that. read more

They just gained a new customer for life. I got a flat tire this morning and dropped it off there right away. I knew they were not open yet but I wanted to bring it there before my tire was completely deflated. Someone was already there and when they saw me outside they took me right in even though it was an hour before business hours start. They were super nice and my car was done within an hour. So i dropped my spare tire to have a nail hole fixed. Left and came back a couple hours later. Grabbed my tire paid the $41 and tossed tire in back of truck. This weekend I went to put it back under the truck in the holder. And for some reason it wonted crank tight so I dropped it over and over looking at the crank flipping the tire and nope won't tighten. Then I am looking at tire and it's not even mine. Wtf. Again. They did this to me and my daughter once before about a year ago. So I call the shop it's 4 pm and they close at 5 I tell him I got the wrong tire. AGAIN YOU HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE. Oh that's weird are you sure yup my was a temp spare tire. Oh we don't fix those. Well you have mine. Ok let me go look. Yes sir we have it. Ok I'm on my way to pick it up. I get the 445 and the place is locked up tight my tire sitting on the front step. No one around. Well that is bs. Chicken shit don't want to talk to me make anything better. nope. Well I won't be back there again and suggest you don't either if you want your tire back and not someone else's And funny bit is I got a quote for tire there because I need a whole new set. read more

The best place and best see service arrived at the shop around 8 in the morning i told him tire beens going flat their was like a whteish ring around outside of tire they told me might have to replace the tire they took in my car right away and found a nail in the tire so they fixed my flat checked all my brakes topped up fluids when i went to pay for it they charged me nothing i was shocked to find a place that still gives awesome customer service i will definitely go there to buy my next set of tires and was in and on in 15 minutes highly recommended 10 out of 10 read more

Very friendly folks! Amazing customer service! Our first time in Canada and we had bad luck with a rental car which had a flat tire.. Not only did they fix it for us as soon as they could on a long weekend, since we were on a vacation with our baby, they didn't charge us a penny! We were more than happy to pay at this point to pay but they didn't want our experience in Canada to be ruined.. We need more businesses and people like that in this world! :-) read more
