The best service and prices in Calgary. There's no need to go anywhere else. I buy all my tires and winter wheels there. Good, honest service and more than competitive prices. read more

I've been using Good Tire for the past 5 years and I can honestly say their service has been consistently outstanding. Their pricing is always fair and reasonable, and the quality of their tires and workmanship has never disappointed. What really sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. During a recent move to another city, I had a family emergency and couldn't transport my truck's summer tires to my apartment. Without hesitation, they stepped in and delivered them for me--completely free of charge. That level of care and consideration is rare. Reliable, professional, and genuinely customer-focused--highly recommend to anyone looking for great tires and even better service! read more

Service was great from the get-go. Set the appt. over email with no major snags. AJ replied with news that the tire I wanted wasn't in stock so he recommended and even better set for a nominal upgrade ($8/tire). I showed up a bit early and the team took my keys and got started. They hit a snag and suggested adding a sensor for an additional fee. As it turned out the car wasn't receptive to what they installed. When AJ realized this he discounted the service to an extent that had us both feel ok about it. All in all it was a great experience. Got some solid tires for the whip from a team that really understands customer service. I'll be back for any tire needs and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new set of tires. read more

Came in for 2 new tires for the front. They installed two like new Kumho tires for half of what I was expecting it to cost quickly and with no hassle. Will be back for tires for my truck in the summer. read more

Once I got there the front end attendant came out and looked at my tires and said I really only needed the front tires the back ones were good and fixed the one rear tire. Great customer services! Highly recommend. I can't say enough good things about Good Tire!! They saved the day for me and I found my new go-to tire shop! I can't say enough great things about Good Tire. Blew a tire today around 11am downtown (on a Sunday) and found every tire shop closed today except Good Tire. When I called Nassim (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) he was to the point, confident, and honest. He assured right away that he'd have the car all ready to go by 2pm. He was done even earlier than that, with me driving home by 145. Nassim not only completed my last minute tire change faster than he promised, he took the time to explain why my tires had been going flat. Turns out the previous shop I had been taking my tires to had not been doing their due diligence in their changes and resulted in wear and corrosion on my rims. After telling me this, Nassim told me when he saw this he double checked my other tire and saw the same issue which he fixed, I assume due to the price, free of charge. He really seems like he's an honest guy that genuinely cares about the work he does and in the quality for his customers. This above and beyond for me is what has sold me for making Good Tire my go-to tire shop from now on. On top of all of this, the price was such a bargain. I was shocked considering everything that Nassim did; accepting a drop in tow, fast response, quality tire repair, and free advice and expertise. Even if this is out of the way for you, it was for me, it is well worth the drive/tow. If Nassim reads this, thank you so much. You have a new return customer for life. Thank you read more

Had purchased a set of 35" used tires, paid $600 installed. Next day I go to get an alignment they tell me they can't because the tires are defective. I find the exact same tire brand new from a dealer for $770. Complete rip off and money grab. Do NOT buy used tires from this place. read more

Very quick response, and fit me in asap with an emergency tire change. Only con was that the technician got the car interior dirty for no reason as he sat in it while covered in grease. Gave us a discount on tire too because it wasn't the exact same as the one they replaced. Great service overall! read more

Outstanding, quick, outrageous prices! I'm so impressed with the service I received at Good Tire! Got my car all fixed up, easy drop off, quick fix, the best price in town but what got me the most was the Exceptional customer service! Much appreciated Guys! read more

Good Tires has two locations in Calgary. One is East of Blackfoot on 42 Ave SE. ; the other near Totem, 17th Ave and 52 Street SE. I started going there when I was looking for inexpensive tires for an older car we were driving. They sell new and used tires. What I like most about Good Tire is that they are above board all the way. If you don't need something, they tell you. I like to go in just to do tire rotations, etc. They usually don't leave you waiting more than 30 minutes and charge a fair price. On one occasion I had a couple tires wear due to poor wheel alignment. Rather than buy four new tires I was able to buy two used ones with the same amount of wear as the existing tires. read more

I can not say it enough how amazing this company is. The staff are wonderful over the phone and in person. They fit me in no problem and got everything done so fast. The people there are extremely kind and helpful. This is the only place my family goes for their tire needs for all the vehicles. I highly recommend that you go there if you need anything as they are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. If I could give more stars I would. read more

Went in for two front tires, in and out in literally 10 minutes, exceptional service, everyone there was very knowledgeable and were keen on helping me with anything I needed, recommend these guys if you're in need of anything tire related read more

Tried to sell some tires here. Guy on the phone offered me a good price, then in person offered me as much for the whole set as the neighbor offered for one to turn into a tire swing. read more

The folks at this tire shop are extremely helpful. They have an extensive selection of tires. I recall last Christmas I was in a pinch and I had forgotten to have the tires checked before leaving for a trip to Edmonton. They got me in right away and checked my tires out and ensured my safety and peace of mind. I highly recommend these guys for their courteous and prompt service. read more

Went to Kal Tire and was offered $225 and 3 hours wait for one tire... Refused and went to these guys instead - $90 and 15 minutes wait, now that's service! It's a little hard to get into because of the traffic and there's not much of a waiting area, but I didn't have to wait long anyway. read more

Bought used tires. Had a hole in the side wall. They couldn't find the leak. I found it by eye. They put me off long enough to screw me and try to sell me another tire. Don't buy used. They don't check shit. And they can't find an obvious air leak I can find when it's raining. read more

Not Very good, not super friendly... Guy says 100 bucks to change 4 tires, then puts 105 in the debit machine.... doesnt write up a receipt.... if you are going to pocket the money under the table, not pay gst, and not pay income tax.... at least be cool about it - and dont pretend you are charging it. Not cool. read more

I will strongly recommend NOT going here. From the very beginning, on the phone the customer service was VERY poor! We called, they told us to come in and they would help us. Driving back from BC, We got a flat tire just outside of canmore. They barely looked at our tire and told us they cant do anything.... Then started to work on another vehicle..as we are still standing their. He looks at us and says 'whats your decision?" You didn't give us any options! Then he prices out a brand new tire...and quotes us with 175$ for one tire. I asked him if he could put a tire on, not being the same brand and tread. all of them say "wouldn't recommend it but its up to you' are you not a tire guy? should you not mention WHY you would not recommend it? Then he says he will put a used tire on, so we are about to go forward with that. He brings a all seasons....when I clearly have 3 winter tires on....you should notice this...im in YOUR tire shop. Then says 'maybe you should come back tomorrow' Such a poor experience. Handled so poorly in customer service and when asked questions I felt as if it was pulling teeth with him and his 2 teenage workers. I will never go back here and I will make sure to tell people about my experience. There are much better places around. I strongly suggest TOGO TIRE. The only reason I was unable to go here was because it was a sunday. read more

The worst experience. I had a damaged tire small metal nail, some days ago, the night before my husband inspected the car, found the damage and pumped up the tire. The next day I came to a Good tire, after examination by the staff (without me), I was shown insisted of the small one, huge nail, with wich I would not have been able to drive and 30 km, I drove more than 70 km. It is obvious that the staff Good tire, decided that the owner of a new expensive car can be easily fooled an cash in on it. I suggested replacing the damaged tire with a new one. Be careful, when inspecting and work with your car, take control of all the stages of the work. read more
