We are traveling through town and were surprised to experience a flat tire. We used yelp and google to find Trail Tire nearby and were so glad we stopped here! We were here one hour before closing, didn't have an appointment, (obviously,) and they were busy. They went out of their way to show us the famous Canadian hospitality and make time to fit us in! Our whole family of 4 were together and they let my son watch what he wanted on tv, offered my teen the WiFi code if she wanted, offered a snack and beverage and fixed our tire! Just got my winter tires put on. Gemel was a real pro. He got me in and out quickly, and even did a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the work Trail Tire performed. Summer tires were bagged, and loaded into my vehicle when the keys were handed back. Decent price, friendly staff, but were short-staffed when I went in. This caused what could have been a 20 minute stop, to be an hour stop. It isn't the manager's fault, but it definitely took a lot longer than expected. read more

I bought a pair of Bridgestone tires from here. The staff are friendly and fairly priced tires. It helps to make an appointment they are usually pretty book up at least a week or two. Up side Tim Hortons is a block away so you can grab a coffee while you wait. read more

I took my vehicle here to have a faulty tire looked at and they did an absolutely outstanding job helping me out. It was the 3rd tire shop I'd gone to when the other two (one was a highend specialty shop) had told me the wheel rim was the issue and that was why it was leaking so much air. Jerry and his team found the culprit to be a leaky valve stem, which was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. I've been to many tire shops around the city for everything from mounting and fixing to winter swapping. This one is the best in my opinion and will have all my business going forward. read more

I took my older BMW to do a safety inspection for insurance purposes, they quoted me over $3,200 worth of work before they would sign off on it. I took it to a different shop who looked at it and approved it very quickly without any of the service work that the mechanics at blaskin & lane had suggested. When I showed them the blaskin report they shook heir head and said that none of the work that they had suggested needed to be done for a safety inspection. My ex wife also had problems with them after buying a set of new tires, I would not recommend them at all. read more
