Secondly he did an incomplete repair of my car's AC. He came over and quickly identified two parts to replace to get my AC working, and quoted $700 for labor. I purchased the parts (~$300) and brought them and my car to his place. Two hours later he's done and I pick up the car, AC is blowing cold. Just paid about $350/hour in labor because he charges by the job not the time. Two months later AC is not blowing cold. I bring it back to him and in less than an hour he identifies a leak in the system and another part that needs to be replaced. He charges me for this diagnosis, and takes no responsibility for not identifying this problem the first time I requested AC repair. I'm now out well over $1000 and my AC isn't fixed.

I towed my car to their shop and they quickly diagnosed my vehicle needing a clutch replacement. Quote was sent electronically and upon acceptance my car was ready for pickup two days later.
