I made an appointment and he called before he came and he was right on time. I didn't have a lot of hope for them because my carpets and chairs were very dirty and being 8 years old had some ware on them. To my amazement they looked almost new. I could not believe what an amazing job he did. I had him take the rugs out on my driveway, it was much easier and they dried in less than an hr. ( it was around 110 degrees out which of course made a difference in drying time. ) He took his time was polite and professional. I picked him because he had no bad reviews. How many companies can say that. If you are looking for a good carpet and upholstery cleaner I highly recommend him. He will not disappoint. I will be telling everyone I know what an amazing job he did. Thank you Robert.

He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!!
