KP started good and became our go to place. Over last few months, their quality has declined and the reason for a two star rating is the ambiance which they have not changed since beginning. Their aam panna is nothing but a cheap syrup based drink. Amritsari kulcha is a disappointment for anyone who has tasted authentic recipe. read more

Amazed by the ambiance and service. It opened recently in Dublin. It is a restaurant chain serving Mumbai chaat, vada pao , pao bhaaji, Dahi vada and lot more. Amazing decor and yum food. The Dahi vada is to die for. The cheese chili sandwich was so delicious and the kulfi dessert was out of the world. Would recommend everyone to try it. read more

Each and every dish is amazing and takes you back to your Indian roots especially Mumbai

We placed a pickup order for our favorites from this place - butter paneer masala and chilli paneer dry. When I got the order back home, I see the chilli paneer is literally half empty! Both veggies cost $14 each. So i would say avoid pickups or doordash orders from this restaurant. We usually go for dine-in and we had a much better experience and quantities were appropriate. read more

The Indian food scene is buzzing with options here in the east bay! So every time a new spot opens up, it seems to draw huge hungry crowds! Kailash parbat is one such place. Fairly new. With food that was pretty standard . Pretty average food. We ordered Chana Bathura, pao bhaji , paneer tikka and chaat. Pao bhaji is the only thing tht stood out. Service was ok! Long lines , long wait times. The ambiance and decor is a big draw! This is a chain , originally from Mumbai india so for next time I would try the Mumbai fav - like dabeli, vada pao , pao bhaji. For North Indian fav - I would pick another spot. read more

Went again with my daughter and son and enjoyed the delicious food, good customer service, a very good place to enjoy good food.

Food is consistently great and the service staff are courteous. To my surprise, I learnt that the service staff do not get paid if you left a tip through the online system. Something is off here. Would like an explanation from the business manager. read more

I ordered dahi papdi chaat and it was NOT GOOD. They just put papdi and dahi with tamrind and mint sauce. No onion, tomatoes or potatoes at all. 4 or 5 channa pieces were generously added. It was like eating a cup of yogurt with come crunch. Not sure how could this go wrong when this place super famous for chat dishes. Wasted $10 on this. read more

Love their Bombay Sandwich and Schezuan Fried Rice, reminded me of street food in India. I will come back again to try more of of their Indo Chinese dishes. Service was fast and efficient. Of the staff members saw my toddler crying, unable to compose herself and refusing to eat so he got her a candy which was a nice act of kindness. read more

Food is good! Service is abysmal. Especially if it's the man at the front of house. He is so rude. Needs a lesson in hospitality. The lady is different, she is good. read more

Key Points: - Plenty of vegetarian options, but limited vegan options - fabulous decor - most dishes are going to be somewhat spicy (good to know for those with young children) - Nearly a dead zone for cellulars reception or data. Bring something else to entertain your young children if needed. I had high hopes for Kailash Parbat in Dublin, CA, especially since it's touted as a vegetarian/vegan restaurant. However, my experience fell short of expectations. The Mrs., the Little One, and I visited on our designated vegan day, only to find limited vegan options on the menu, with many dishes containing cream and/or cheese. Despite this setback, we decided to make do. We actually really liked the ambiance of the restaurant. It had an interesting blend of modern and nostalgia, with a modern aesthetic punctuated by nostalgic retro touches. Unfortunately, our experience was initially hindered by the lack of cellular reception and Wi-Fi, making it challenging to keep our little one entertained with screen time. This location was literally a "dead zone" for any type of data. I couldn't even access yelp to look at what dishes were popular! When we attempted to order milk for her, we were met with the surprising response, "but it's not on the menu" seemingly implying that they do have milk, but simply cannot serve it because it is not a menu item. I'm deducing this after considering the numerous dishes featuring cream and cheese. Because the little one absolutely could not sit still, and we could not even order milk for her, we had to quickly change courses, and request our orders for takeout rather than dine in. While the food itself was decent after going home, it didn't quite make up for the inconveniences we faced. The food: Samosa Chaat - we ordered this, but I do not believe we received the right order. What we received was something that resembled the filling of a Sosa, fried in a slightly less crispy batter, but placed in between two breads like a sandwich. This seems most consistent with the pictures of the Vada Pav . I'm pretty sure we received the wrong order. Paneer Tikka Lababdar - a little bit of sweet, spicy and savory in a tomato based sauce. It was rich and creamy with chunks of cheese. Kofta E Dilbahar - creamy and crispy. Went well with rice. The Crispy Corn Baskets- though not crispy after we arrived home, they were still visually appealing and packed with flavors. The Garlic Naan - always a reliable choice. However, it was disappointing that none of the dishes, including the curry-based ones, came with rice, requiring us to order it separately. Additionally, we based all of our orders on our server's recommendation for those that would not be spicy, because our toddler really does not like spicy foods. Despite selecting non-spicy options, and making it verbally clear to him to make them non-spicy, about half of our dishes, still turned out spicy, much to her dismay. The Mrs. And I still ate it though. I liked it but the Mrs.' Opinion differed drastically. Overall, while the food was decent, the lack of vegan options and inconsistent service left me feeling underwhelmed. I may consider giving Kailash Parbat another chance in the future, but for now, it didn't quite meet my expectations. read more

Kp chaat platter was good although there was barely any difference between sev puri and corn basket. Masala tea was disappointing, it was luke warm out of a kettle with no masala as such. pretty good Chaat, some of the best in the area. They don't have meat options on the menu just fyi. Service is nice and it's very clean. The walls have lots of Bollywood posters, etc. I learned that this is an international franchise with locations all over the world- from Mumbai to New York to, uh, Dublin. Chai was good, cold coffee even better. The bhel was a little spicy but overall everything tasted very fresh and not super oily, unlike most places. Good place to go and definitely adding it to the rotation! read more

We tried this place twice now, once sit down and one to go. The place is generally busy, and there is a bit of a wait. For the first time, we ordered chole bhatura, veg manchurian dry, Mumbai sandwich, and dahi papdi chaat. Everything was perfect. Our server was friendly, and we didn't have to wait long to get our food. We wished our server had stopped by a bit earlier, but we could see the place was super busy. For the next time, we ordered Veg Handi and Kofta curry. Veg Handi was a bit spicy, and Kofta curry wasn't our usual kofta curry; it had papad in it, and the balls were not up to par. We didn't enjoy it so much. We would like to give another shot to the curries but try the regular paneer curries. read more

I am just writing this review so that everyone is well aware that this place is a complete rip off. We ordered 1. Ragada Samosa- it comes with 2 seperate MICROWAVED STALE samosa, the curry is a regular chickpea curry and not the ragda one and then small chutney. You need to make your own ragda/chaat: Everything is on the side. One that I have never heard off. After a brief heat up discussion with the manager he agreed to take it back. Was NOT ready to even listen how a Ragda Samosa is made. 2. Papsi Chaat- Tasteless papdi chaat with Chilled yogurt and below oar service. Papdi was all soggy as if was already prepared in advance. 3. We ordered JalJeera soda- Which taste nothing as Jaljeera. Its Chaat Masala mixed in Soda. LOL what a great buisness to fool people. 4. The ONLY good thing was Mumbai Sandwich. They didn't serve us Main menu and told that we are just doing snack which is no where mentioned on the Menu/website that only snacks are served. The server is subpar. Will never go again. Kailash Parbat - Indian Near Me - Dublin, California

Went on a weekend. Place is busy. Had to wait for a few minutes for an empty table. That was an encouraging sign. Menu: mostly chaat. Some paneer entrees, also biryani and variants for rice. I liked that they don't try and cover the entire Indian subcontinent like typical Desi food joints. We had ragda pattice (ragda= choley), chaat platter, dahi puri, and dabeli. The dabelo, chaat platter and dahi puri were flavor bombs. Crunchy, cool yogurt, easy on the spice. To drink: Virgin Mojito. Masala Chai is okay. Prompt service, attentive wait staff, orders were coming out fast. Clean, airy and bright. Family friendly. Definitely coming again as we have to try the rest of the menu. I hope the place stays the same. Too often a restaurant becomes successful and then they try to expand the menu and its all downhill from there. read more

We ordered Chole bhature, Chaat platter, Dabeli, Paneer lababdar, Amchi mumbai sandwich, Chai, Guava drink, Dal makhani, Kofta curry, Cheese pav bhaji, Kulfi falooda and paneer mastani. It's rare of me to say that everything we ordered was amazing!! The only thing annoying was the wait time but that's expected for a gem place like this! Definitely coming back to try more stuff next time. read more

If you're yearning for an authentic taste of Indian street food, then this tantalizing selection will transport your tastebuds straight to the bustling lanes of India's foodie havens. Each dish on this menu is crafted to offer a quintessential experience, ranging from spicy and tangy to sweet and refreshing. We got the Chaat Platter, such a symphony of textures and flavors, the Chaat Platter is an absolute must-try. Packed with a variety of items, such as pani puri, bhel puri, and aloo tikki, each bite offers a crunchy, tangy, and spicy delight that's quintessentially Indian. Second the Aamchi Mumbai Sandwich, This isn't just any sandwich; it's a vibrant mélange of everything Mumbai stands for. Stuffed with layers of cucumber, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, beetroot, and onion, sprinkled liberally with chaat masala and slathered with both green chutney and butter. 3rd, Borivali Ki Dabeli while it was tasty, I wouldn't say it was an outstanding dish. The first drink I got was Chilli Guava. Such a refreshing and innovative drink that tantalizes the palate with its unique combination of sweet guava juice hit with a spicy edge of chilli.l The last drink, the Desi Kala Khatta, The complex flavor profile of Kala Khatta is nostalgic for those who grew up in India, reminding me of my childhood summers. Each dish and drink on this menu was crafted with the attention to detail that ensures authenticity and a depth of flavor that can often only be found in the heart of Il. read more

Service was good. Food came out almost immediately. They have a a good list of items on their menu. Chole Bhature was very good. The Mumbai street food items were a little disappointing. Misal Pav, was not up to the mark even the ingredients were not close to the real thing. Pav Bhaji was missing the zing and spice . They put whole green peas on almost every street food items. Chaat was full of sweet tamarind sauce maybe the trick is to ask them to be a little easy on it. For the deserts I would highly recommend Kulfi Falooda, definitely one of best I have had. read more

One of the best north Indian places in Bay area. Their chaat specialties and street food has a distinct Mumbai taste if you haven't had it.

Delicious Mumbai style food. Sev puri and dahi papdi chaat was flavorful. Vada Pav was good, but the size of vada was smaller than expected and refried vada did not live up to our expectations. Dabeli was alright. Paneer tikka was just average. Naan was very soft , one of the best in the area. The paneer lababdar was out of the world. Chilli guava drink and mango lassi were delicious. Service was slow and we had to wait for a table and ordering. They were just getting into the groove on day 2 so can cut some slack. The managers were great and took great care once seated. Sad to say how this place went from being my favorite to my least favorite for North Indian food. We went here for dinner this past Friday for a family member's birthday. We ordered the vada pav for apps and garlic naan, rice, daal makhani, paneer butter masala, paneer lababdar, and palak paneer for the main course. Sad to say the only thing good here was the vada pav and paneer butter masala. Everything else was sub-par. The daal makhani was non edible. The palak paneer was just a purée of blanched spinach with zero spices. It was such a let down because I remember this place being so great 6 months back. Sad to say this isn't the place for North Indian food and only a place for apps and Chaat foods. The service was alright. We were helped by Pavitra but everything here took forever to come. We ordered the vada pav for 6 adults and they brought out 2 vada pavs with the interval of 15 mins so we weren't able to enjoy them together as a family. The same thing happened when we initially ordered 5 naans and added 3 more later, they took about 20 mins to bring out the other 3 naan where our curries got extremely cold and it was just not a nice experience. This place was super crowded but I feel like they need more staff to be a bit more organized. Pavitra did his very best but the food took forever to come from the kitchen which was not his fault. He helped us in the best way possible. Would not be going back here for North Indian food. read more
