Kevin did a great job working with me, he took time to measure me to see what kind of range I had with my shoulders and why I was limited and having troubles. After diagnosing me he went through some exercises with me with my shoulders and legs and explained in detail what they would do for me. After going through these various exercises I instantly started to feel better and my range of motion was already starting to improve.
