I started going several months ago with my son who thought I could benefit from regular workouts at my age. At my age, I wasn't looking to be on the cover of any magazine, but frankly, I just wanted to feel better and stronger. And I can honestly say that after several months of regular workouts, I feel great. And when you can do it in a place that is so large and comfortable Will helpful staff. It makes everything really easy. Once you get into the routine, you'll actually enjoy it and you'll look forward to your next your next visit. Full disclosure.- I am not a gym rat and never will be. There are plenty of people in the gym, but you'll hardly ever wait for a piece of equipment. I noticed the common courtesy of almost all the users cleaning their workout equipment their handles in the seats in the seatbacks with this infected when they were finished with their use of the machine I thought that was really indicative of the kind of people using the gym and taking care of it and making sure that other people comfortable after they use. Very classy if you want a trainer, you can hire one if you can go with a buddy and have them show you how to use the equipment, but if you get stuck, there are staff members on hand to help you with any questions that you have. I highly suggest you consider this site in the Del Monte center.

As a matter of fact, I've been in another locale talking with corporate about buying a franchise there. But the inconsistency in quality among individual franchises scares me. I would run a great facility - one to be proud of, and the thought that my members would be subjected to filth an shabbiness when visiting Carmel is a showstopper for me. I am made aware that management of this franchise is under unwanted attention from AF corporate. By all appearances, management is running it into the ground in the way to closure. I just got done working out tonight - personally watched two users taking equipment home... the showers are filthy - ome shoer handle came off in my hand. The ADA shower is no longer compliant because they removed the hose accessory. I'll be on the phone to AF corporate in the morning. If you belong to Carmel AF, please do the same.
