There are plenty of people in the gym, but you'll hardly ever wait for a piece of equipment. I noticed the common courtesy of almost all the users cleaning their workout equipment their handles in the seats in the seatbacks with this infected when they were finished with their use of the machine I thought that was really indicative of the kind of people using the gym and taking care of it and making sure that other people comfortable after they use. Very classy if you want a trainer, you can hire one if you can go with a buddy and have them show you how to use the equipment, but if you get stuck, there are staff members on hand to help you with any questions that you have. I highly suggest you consider this site in the Del Monte center.

Programming is good and scales no matter the class size. Data, I love the data they track. Things I'm uncertain of: Is this a place for atheletes, is a for golfers, is it for fitness? Not sure if its programming by committee or by russian roulette, but doesnt seem as connected and certainly less innovative. Would be similar to a crossfit, orange theory, F45 type class.

Warming pool has been down since I joined and now hot tub motor is broken. Several machines down. I'm paying more here because I expected more. Also, I think in the 2 months I've been here only one front desk member has addressed me with a hello or goodbye. Your members are the sole reason you have a job. Greet people. Don't just stare at your computer screen as we walk by. I'm old school And this is rude. I've even slowed down as I walk by and tried to make eye contact with no success. Luckily, the upside is the members who come here are a little friendlier and have more common sense and courtesy than most places. So there's that. But so far not impressed with where my extra money is going.

The layout is also great. Even though it's a "neighborhood" gym, they didn't cram everything together. It's got that clean, modern look, and since it's 24/7, you can actually get a workout in without the usual mid-day crowd.
