As a Veteran, it can be difficult to coordinate care, especially with non-VA facilities. Rachael made numerous calls to VA and to me as she assisted me in ensuring all of the correct information was in CVS' system, as well as VA's system. It was overly complicated, but Rachael did not give up on me. The other major Pharmacy did. The other major Pharmacy is not Veteran-friendly. I will make sure that I will no longer spend my money there. Thanks Rachael and CVS. Recently, a doctor called in a prescription for me.. and the phone call was garbled. So they could not fill it, or even figure out who the Dr. was. They did call back... but the call went to voicemail, and they did leave a message. When I arrived, they managed to figure out that the garbled call was for my prescription, and were genuinely apologetic that they were not able to fill it. I let them know it was not their fault, and that I understood. I sent my doctor a text about it, and he called in the order again... and I picked it up the next day. Again great, friendly service... and better prices than some of the big chain pharmacies I had been using in the past. Very happy to have found this pharmacy!

They have a decent sized parking lot so it was easy to get in and out. The store is laid out just like most others for this chain. There was a well-sized section for cards / gifts. I like that they sell bags with tissue already in it - super handy for a rush gift need like mine. The staff was very friendly and talked with me and my munchkin. They had a well organized store and were working on putting out Halloween items at the time. It looked nice and everything was easy to find. Overall: A Convenient store with easy gift options and nice staff. Quick in and out and got what I needed.

The back 2/3 of the store are clean, organized and very nice. The front 1/3....is chaotic. I'm not sure if it's from the weird layout of the registers, the bustle of a lot of people in a small area, or the products being placed more closely, like smaller aisles. I suspect it was all of these factors working together to make me feel overwhelmed and off. We were able to find everything we needed and the woman at the check out was very nice and polite. But the self checkout area was so nearby and full of people it just all felt very crammed in. If you need something, you'll probably find it, but you'll be excited to get back outside after the chaos of the front area.
