I called Bay Life and, while they didn't have it on hand, they said they could get the raw material that day and have it ready the next day. My vet faxed them the script and they texted me the next day at 11 am to let me know it was done. Plus it was $35 cheaper than the online pharmacy (without shipping). Yes, I had to drive to get the prescription, but I like supporting local vendors. So another plus!

It's a small place with a really qualified staff - they recognize their customers by name and give spot on advice. I cannot imagine ever returning to the impersonal corporate super pharmacy's. The pharmacist was incredibly friendly on the phone and offered to wait to close until after I arrived to pick it up. I was driving there after work on a busy Friday evening. The pharmacy is located in the overstuffed retail cluster across the street from Outback, on the Mellow Mushroom side. It's small, basic and lightly decorated with over-the-counter products. The pharmacist explained the directions and answered all of my questions about the prescription. She also provided me with the documentation needed to submit it to my health insurance carrier. Very smooth transaction with little to no waiting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to see if this pharmacy had my prescription in stock…read morebecause I can't find it else where. But because my doctor is an online doctor, and I have ADHD and take adderall for it, she said she doesn't take those prescriptions because she believe they aren't legitimate, even though my doctor sends it over electronically himself. So unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. You would think a pharmacist would have the proper education to understand a medication, the pharmacokinetics and the disorder it's used for. You have no right to decide whether someone's diagnosis is fake. Become a doctor then you'll have the right to decide. you have no right to call yourself a pharmacist either if all you're going to do is be judgmental. You should 100% educate yourself.

After a disagreement he started yelling in a language I didn't understand but after giving me the middle finger 4 times in front of his staff and customers I said, "Oh I get what your saying now try it in English." Long story short he has been filling controlled substances to my wife for years to me. He is required for every controlled substances to ask for ID. Never once do he ask me and for all he knows I could have been selling them in the streets. We get in an argument about the price of the drugs and he refuses to fill the script. After having him cuss me out and giving me the middle finger 4 times I leave. I go to Walgreens with the script and they not only asked for ID but called my wife's doctor and my wife. I didn't mind, I was treated with respect. The script was filled and the next thing I get home and my wife is in tears because this jerk threatened to call the Dea on her!!! She had a valid script and he is the one the Dea needs to talk to. You can't fill a controlled substance script without proper authentication and he is the one the Dea needs to look into. I filed a complaint with the bbb and his stores website. My review disappeared within hours. Beware of this guy. Could be part of something nefarious?

This happened during a state of emergency while Hurricane Helene made its way to Florida's West Coast. That's not only outrageous, it's illegal, and its called, "Price Gouging.' Pharmacists have a duty to help people, especially in emergencies, not take advantage of them.
