I have had a terrible experience with this Tampa location pharmacy. I received payment links for both my prescriptions and I paid for both, but was only emailed the receipt for one. Then, I tried calling and leaving a message for a week straight, more than 7 times. NO ONE ANSWERS. And then when I would finally receive a call back I was put in a queue of more than 20 people in front of me. How does that make sense when I was not the one who called. Eventually I get only one of my prescriptions in the mail and I still could not get a hold of anyone and I seriously debated disputing the other charge. Finally this morning, after a week straight of trying to speak to someone, I finally was able to get on the line with Arthur who is located at the Chattanooga location. He must be the only helpful person working at this entire company. He tells me that he sees my prescription and asks me if I want to fill it. I tell him that it's already paid but I was never given the receipt or delivery. He was able to confirm what I'm saying as true and emailed me my receipt and sent out my delivery. FINALLY. If it weren't for Arthur, I was going to dispute the charge. Either way, this has been an awful experience. Customer service is terrible and I will be sure to never have a prescription sent here again. I will also be sure to let my doctor know that this is a terrible customer experience. I wonder how dysfunctional companies like Medrock manage to stay in business. Twice, I've had bad reactions from their compound. I tried to pay for a recent order via the company website, but it malfunctioned. Had to call to give my credit card number and waited 15 minutes on hold. Then I was charged THREE TIMES for the compound. Had to call customer service again, waited 10 minutes. They asked for a picture of the credit card bill, said they would send me an email address. Never sent it. Had to call back and wait. Another rep promised to make the correction...but didn't. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Just an awful mess. Simply don't know why my derm continues to use them. UPDATE: In fact, I was charged a FOURTH time on a second charge card. read more

Everything went well, i would have given 5 stars, I just wished there is a different way that they can communicate with dermatologists and have our info to charge us then and there. I really don't feel comfortable giving CC info over the phone, but everything went well. Not sure why these other people are having bad experiences, but mine has been great! Medock is the first compound pharmacy I've used, and I have been going thing since they were located in Palm Harbor. They always have my prescriptions ready when they say they will, and even offer delivery. My only suggestion is to be careful pulling in their parking lot if it is busy. They are located in the second to last office, and the parking lot dead ends down there. If the spaces are full there is nowhere to turn around so you have to drive backwards. read more

Trust quality of Rx because my Dr. relies on Medrock. Phone exchange was very good. Timeliness of preparation and shipment was slower than expected. Paid 7 days before receiving. Not pleased that I needed to phone a few times to inquire if shipped from Tampa to Sarasota area. Would appreciate email notifying departure with USPS tracking number. Rx sat in mailbox at 90+ degrees; however, I would use Medrock again. read more

Went to Medrock in Palm Harbor today learned of them on a facebook post. Needed a few N95 masks for a future airplane and was very glad to have found them. Prices are a bit high but these are hard to find so I purchased. They have gloves and sanitizer too. Very friendly staff. read more

Very friendly, and convenient free shipping. My only concern is that when they shipped I wasn't informed that the medicine was heat intolerant, and it sat outside in the mailbox for a couple of days since I was traveling out of state. Now I'm not sure if my $60 prescription has been damaged or not. The USPS shipping is so unreliable these days (only delivering 91% of mail on time) that I will be very careful about which prescriptions I get delivered from now on. read more

My 15 year old has suffered from bad eczema all his life and his feet were as bad as they can get, bloodied and discolored for years of trying every prescription, over the counter, supplement and house hold oils. Nothing fixed his eczema like this product recommended by Medrock did. It took the itch away AND healed the spots in two weeks of use! Now 2 months out and the spots are coming back so doing another round and am told with each new round it's return will eventually cease. Am hopeful, because this is the best I have seen in 16 years! (Coconut oil was the only thing that came close. It did a great job healing but never took care of the itch. Will continue to use coconut oil to heal the skin) read more
