when I first saw the poor reviews I was surprised. Always thought of Publix as a higher end store…read moreand I was sure that included the pharmacy. But after needing medication here recently I felt the what others wrote about. They charged me a copay but that day I was too sick to think about it and I knew they had my primary and secondary Insurance information so I believed it was right. ACouple days later when I felt better I revisited the issue, called my Insurance to inquire and found out that the RX was not even submitted to my secondary. The answer to that question from the pharmacy was that they can only do what the computer lets them and they could not submit it any other way. That happened again a couple days later when my medication had to be changed. They will not work with you and they make you feel you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe it's just that pharmacy location, I hope so, like I said I always thought Publix very customer oriented. Very frustrating
