PH Pharmacy had many open appointment times that were convenient for me and made the process quick and easy. I booked the test appointment online and provided the payment card. All fees were disclosed and explained on the website. When I arrived I stayed in my car per instructions and called the pharmacy to let them know we had arrived. The pharmacist came out with the test and was very polite and caring towards my 9 year old daughter, also tried to be as gentle as she could while swabbing her nose. I was handed my receipt and told that I didn't have to wait there if I didn't want to. They called me and emailed my daughters results. I am not sure how they handle positive cases as my daughter was negative and didn't need much more info beyond that result. I'm sure the pharmacist would provide any additional information needed for people who test positive. I liked that PH Pharmacy had a rapid PCR test that only took 40 minutes to get the lab results. Many other places only have the rapid antigen test which is less reliable.

This time it was for a new Apple laptop. The clerk checked asked for my name, checked on the shelves behind the counter, asked if I had a tracking number (didn't have it on me), tried to get the handheld device to work. She then went over to the spot where more packages are stored which is right next to the kiosks and seating for people to print their own photos. She found the package, went back to her device, had lots of trouble getting it to work, then asked me to sign the device. I asked her "Don't you need to see an ID". Her reply "You gave me your last name.". This store is a "Porch Pirate's Dream". Someone can come in, pretend they're working on their photos, glance over, remember the name and address on a box, go to the front and have a clerk give it to them! "Porch Pirates" know what a high value box looks like; laptops are relatively the same size box with a big battery warning icon on it. About a year ago I had to go there to get a package from Leica - a very expensive camera and lens, around $16,000. Clerk didn't even attempt to use a handheld device, said they don't keep logs of what packages come and go, found my package in a pile, gave it to me - no ID and no signature!

I picked up some vitamins, and with my extra care pass ($60 a year for $10 saving each month on ANYTHING), I also got 20% off my 3 CVS items. I had $5 extra rewards for filling 10 prescriptions, and I had my $10 monthly care pass savings, so my total bill was only $6.12. I recently realized that a NOCO Boost portable jumper cable pack is missing from my car. No one else has had access to my car. I do all of my own oil changes and mechanical repairs. Someone in the tire shop stole my property worth $150.00. There really isn't anything that I can do now since this happened a few months ago. But I recently needed the jumper and it is gone. I will not be bringing my cars back there again. Now I wonder what else they took from my vehicle.
