This is a very busy store but in spite of that the staff is always friendly and the pharmacy team has consistently has worked with me if I'm traveling or have questions, etc. I'm very grateful this is my local CVS. absolutely terrible experience at the minute clinic previously had gone here and had an amazing experience with a previous doctor i came back for another appointment and a newer lady was here and when i arrived she was already behind with all appointments than when she finally got to me 50 minutes after my appointment she told me she was new couldn't figure it out so had to ask a supervisor and told me i need to go wait in the waiting room again so she could take another patient while she was waiting for response which she said would only take a few minutes CVS you need to have multiple doctors or a better scheduling system this is absoultly terrible i will never be coming back here and i will be speaking with higher ups about this read more

The Italian pharmacist needs a little lesson about customer service. I came to refill my prescription for insulin syringes but he kept denying my refill request and by the time I tried to let him know that doctor called me back about my prescription, he turned into a real asshole. If he thinks he can talk to people like that, he has no business being in customer service at all. read more

Mario was very helpful. He tried to find a larger size product for me at other stores. Unfortunately none could be found. I settled on the smaller one. Got a trail mix blend for a good price. No toilet paper for sale - similar to other stores. Not needed yet, but ... Store is immaculate. Staff is wonderful. Hand wipes are by the door, and spacing is marked on the rug for physical distancing during CoVid-19 times. The store is easy to get into and out of by car. Once inside, it's also easy to navigate wide aisles & clearly marked products & prices. read more

Courtney went above and beyond to fill a prescription using a code off a discount card almost every day until it ran out!!! Madonna also went to the ends to figure out how to fill my son's prescription at minimal cost!! Than came the day I encountered Mustafa who told me my insurance did not cover a narcotic which I knew it did not i have been getting it filled for months and paying cash (which is cheaper than insurance cost anyway) mustafa told me it was against the law to fill it and pay cash!!! I had run out of this medication and was told he was the Messiah of prescriptions and I had to wait until Monday to see Courtney or have my Dr. write a 7 day prescription so I had to go to an ER to get the prescription on Saturday and Sunday!! Which was no problem as they knew my diagnosis required this perticular prescription...... Will be the absolute last time I go to cvs for ANYTHING!! I shopped there on the regular but honestly Walgreens offers the same deals so bye bye and shame on you for allowing someone like Mustafa to be the final word in someone's well being and health!! The pharmacist was an older lady and was incredibly rude. Told me it would be several hours and couldn't estimate a time - which I get - but the way she said it made me feel like I was a nuisance. I was very calm and respectful. There's absolutely no reason to treat sick people who need their medications like they're an inconvenience. read more

This place is way better than Walgreens across the street. My family and I have used this place for a few different reasons and they are clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and provide a wide variety of services. If you live near by choose this place for your Pharmaceutical needs. read more

This is the least organized, most chaotic pharmacy I've had the displeasure to use. I have been coming here for 10 years and it is consistently bad. Medication that is supposed to be ready is often not really ready when you arrive to pick up. The pharmacy has such a high turnover of staff and really poor service. Going to switch to Walgreens across the street and see if they are any better. read more

There is one older lady on the pharmacy staff who is the rudest and most ignorant person I've ever had the displeasure of even being in the same room as. After a fast visit to Minute Clinic, my Rx was ready in minutes. Store employees were professional and courteous. Everyone in pharmacy worked together and they were working fast. Will come to this location for my minor medical needs and prescriptions from now on. Additionally, Minute Clinic website to make appt was easy to book. Nurse Practioner, Ann Ross, was personable and efficient. I was treated with kindness and respect. APPOINTMENT WAS ON TIME!!! A wonderful experience from start to finish! read more

We had a rapid test scheduled for 1:00 pm on 2/16/21. We should up a few minutes early. We waited on line behind another vehicle. When they were done we proceeded to the front. Once we got there the lady told us we were on the line and needed to go outside to a made up tent around the corner. When we got there around 1:10pm because we were waiting behind the car we saw a lady she said her name was Denise. She told us we had missed our appointment because we were late and she was leaving for lunch. My wife explained that we may have been exposed and I'm a cancer patient. She said well I'm only one person and I'm busy the rest of the day. There were no visible signs by the drive-thru expect the one that said "testing". No way to know rapid test needed to go around the corner. read more

With all the technology that's available today, even this 24 hour pharmacy can't pull and fill medication sent to another cvs store. Disappointing to go so far as to find and visit a 24 hr pharmacy just to be hindered by your antiquated process. read more

Downloaded this app just to review this cvs pharmacy... I had surgery last week and I have had the displeasure of coming in a few times to fill my prescriptions since then. Each time I've been told that it will only be a half hour and each time I've come back four hours later only to be told that it's not ready yet. I'm in pain, I'm nauseous, and I can't even drive myself so I'm forced to wait here while sitting up is agonizing. The people I've spoken to have been nice but that's not good enough. So, I just went in and saw a family of five with no masks on. The managers of the store refuse to kick people out who aren't wearing masks....which means that they obviously don't care about the health and safety of their most vulnerable customers. read more

I had a bad experience with the pharmacy tech. Twice I have been assisted by this staff member around 6:30 am during the week. She is not personable to say the least. Not professional or well groomed either. No greeting, no facial expression at all. She actually didn't say a word to me during the entire visit. Not a good way to begin the morning. If she is so miserable at her job, why be there? I will be moving my RX to a different pharmacy. read more

I normally use Publix pharmacy but was in a bind and needed a 24 hour pharmacy so CVS was my only option. The script for my daughter's swimmers ear drops was called in around 8pm on Sunday night. Someone called to let me know that they were out but it had been ordered and would be in within a couple days. I called and called and called waiting on hold forever and ever two days in a row never being able to actually speak to anyone or calling back and getting a busy tone so I finally just drove over to the pharmacy. I was then told they were still out and they would place the order tonight and be in by Friday. I was obviously not happy to hear this and questioned why I was told they had already been ordered when they never were and now would have to wait days again. They couldn't give me an answer other than the option to call around to other CVS pharmacies and see if they could transfer it elsewhere to be filled. Unacceptable!! Needless to say I called the doctor back and had it called in again to PUBLIX and it was ready in an hour. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Do not, I repeat do not go to this store for prescriptions, unless you want to wait 40 minutes to get your rx! I spent 40 mins in drive through line tonight waiting to get my script. I am never coming back here again and will be sure to transfer my medications. read more

The drive through at CVS on Curlew Rd employ some unfriendly woman. One time I was the 2nd car in line in the drive-thru and after waiting 12 minutes got up to the window only to have that woman walk away. Waited another couple minutes and I said something about the wait and she barked this isn't fast food!! Today a lady got mean and told me to focus when I simple asked the business call I was on to hold (2 seconds it took). Then threw the script in basket and said 'you're welcome'. I am the customer, correct? This woman was unfriendly and unprofessional! She should be fired...There is however a very nice man who works in the Pharmacy and he gets high marks each time I deal with him. Think twice before doing business with this location unless you like being abused... read more
