My credit card did not go through on the first try and she literally said she was going to end the transaction because there's nothing she could do if I have no money in my account. I read the back and it said they were family owned and operated which I ALWAYS try and support local businesses over in my case, Walgreens. My doctor told me they would call me and be sure and answer the number however I was anxious to get started so i called them. A very nice woman answered the phone and I explained why I was calling and she checked and said that the did not have my script yet. She said no worries that they had Dr. Fansler's cell phone. and would call her. Not 10 minutes went by and the pharmacist called me and very patiently explained everything I needed to know since this was new for me. I asked if it would be Monday before it would be ready and said that they could have it ready in about 30 minutes. So I was out and about and headed right over. The girls were so nice and patient and Kimber tooknthe extra effort to ensure I was informed about what I would be doing. I left and had to pick up a RX at Walgreens hopefully for the last time because they offer the opportunity to match or beat what I am paying. I dread dealing with Walgreens every month because it is a nightmare trying to get through to the pharmacy and then there is always a wait at. the drive thru. Best thing I can say about this store is that it's much cleaner and better organized than even the BEST Walmart around here. It's also a bit more expensive of course. If you DO get the Target credit card, you can save 5% off the top in your entire purchase, of course. One bad thing about that is that if you don't use it within a six month stretch, they cancel it. Since I don't go here much: not worth the hassle for a crappy 5% discount on overpriced merchandise. Employees a bit friendlier and more helpful than at Big Bloo, but Lil Red is still just okay: not great, but not awful. Middle America at its blandest with little depth of variety. Eh...

Ive been tolerating the horrible pharmacy…read moreemployees that clearly all hate their jobs, the stupid LUNCH closing where every single employee goes to lunch and the pharmacy closes, and it takes them forever to find your medication as they slowly walk about looking completely lost and zombie-like. Today was the final straw. I know better than to go when Im in a hurry but I had no choice because Im leaving out of town. So I wait my turn while the only zombie employee at the register SLOWLY walks two old people through their very long process, literally 10 long minutes. Finally.... it's my turn! As I walk to his register another employee walks up and calls the next person behind me. Im standing at this zombie's register as he is keying in something on his register, not acknowledging me at all, when he finally says to me as he finishes keying in his task, then literally walks away and mumbles "Im out of here!" So here Ive waited my turn, Ive gone up to his register waiting as he is keying in his task,, and instead of telling me before I walked over or even as I approached, he waited until I was standing there, until after I assume he clocked out, and then tells me. Unnecessary and extremely rude "gotcha moment," for whatever was his reasoning. Of course then I had to wait while the other cashier finished with the customer that was behind me until I could be helped. As I left the store, he was standing at the front register. So I went up to him and told him he was rude for doing that. He yells "Well I didnt call you to my register!" like Im supposed to know to stand at the line like an obedient puppy waiting to be called by the master, lol. Are there posted instructions directing paying customers to wait until theyre called somewhere, because I missed that memo. Im done with this horrible pharmacy and the crappy rude zombies who work there. Already transferred my monthly prescriptions, Im done! BOOOOOOOOO!!! alll the pharmacy employees take lunch at the same exact time and shut the pharmacy down. It's an unusual business practice, inconvenient to customers who dont know (because it's unusual), and then when it is 2pm and supposed to be open.....the employees come straggling in one at a time after 2:03. 2:04, 2:05....whenever they feel good and ready I guess. No apology to the 15 customers waiting for them to open back up just a grumbling "are you picking up." I go here because the location and because the front register people are always so helpful and friendly. The pharmacy needs an overhaul. Also clean your floors, they're really gross.
