Love how great the pharmacist are!!! They take very good care of you!!! Always do my meds on time and I receive them when I need them.

Excellent customer service! I used my CarePass today, but did not realize that 20% off CVS items is deducted AFTER using my monthly $10 CareBucks. My cashier, Hallie, and her manager, helped me get the best deal with both. I am totally satisfied today, and every time I shop here. It's not the most convenient CVS store to get into and out of, but the staff and selection of items are excellent. The pharmacy staff is also first rate. So many positive reasons to return. Noticed a bogo deal in Sunday's ad for a health supplement that I use, as well as a great deal on Progresso soups. Both items required an Extra Care card which i did not have. I checked with their online web site and sure enough I was able to apply for the card online and was told I would receive it in 2-4 weeks. Yuck!!! But i was allowed to print off a temporary card so I could snag my great deals. Off to CVS! Both deals were in stock and appropriately marked. The checkout went very smoothly and the store associate was very nice. Looking forward to many great deals. That online mega retailer will be getting a little less of my money. read more

Somewhat friendly staff only thing saving my relationship with CVS. Forced to use CVS because of insurance and 90 day prescription refill policy. If there is anything related to a prescription that can be screwed up, CVS is the place. Subscribe to text message notifications and you get put on an email list and pounded with ads and coupons. Try to disable and you get switched over to phone notifications. Random phone calls about BS almost every week. CVS will also try to switch scripts over to auto-refill, then try to argue with you that YOU requested it. Again, if not an insurance requirement I would be a Walgreens customer. And speaking of... CVS needs to check out the Walgreens Website. 1000 times more user friendly than CVS. read more

I am a frequent CVS shopper and have had a good experience at every CVS location, EXCEPT this one. The manager John is the WORST. The only word that comes to mind to describe him is a word that rhymes with "trick". Use your imagination on that one. Just because I happen to use coupons at every transaction (in an ethical way, nonetheless), he acts like I am doing something fraudulent and is always giving me a hard time about everything. My visit to this store today was the final straw. He accused me of lying when I told him a manager who was working earlier in the day told me that I could come back later on with my receipt to get credit for some coupons that I had forgotten when I bought the items. Then he went on to indicate something along the lines that I'm "always trying to pull one over on him". Excuse me buddy, but you don't want to piss off the 9 month pregnant lady, especially not when it comes to coupons. I can't wait to call corporate and put in a formal complaint on this guy. I hope he gets in trouble. I've had it with his crappy attitude. Normally, I'm not one to call corporate and complain, so for it to get to this point really shows just how crappy the customer service is at this store. *rant over* read more

I have been a CVS customer for the last 15 years. I started in Chicago, then Columbus OH, Fairfax VA and now Palm Harbor FL. I must now lower my expectations in FL. How sad. Almost every time I have been to the pharmacy, they make you feel like you are bothering them. Prescription refills take triple the time than any other state even with double the employees. But today it wasn't even about the pharmacy. I have lowered my expectations of the pharmacy and dropped off prescription off in the morning to pick up later in the day. After purchasing multiple items in the store, I sat in the car and reviewed my receipt. 3 items that I purchased did not reflect the savings signage that was posted. I went back into the store and the supervisor, who was the only one at the front register, gave me the same "you are bothering me" treatment that I was used to getting at the pharmacy. She proceeded to say that I cannot get sale prices and use my 20% Coupon. I have never heard that at ALL the other CVS I have shopped at. So I told her that's fine, I will just return all the items except for my prescription, $65 worth of products. She just started ringing the return and angrily throwing the returned items in 2 separate baskets. What has happened to customer service? Why are people made to feel like they are bothering you to spend their hard earned money? read more

Great customer service at this CVS! It's nice to see familiar faces every time you go in, and that the cashier remembers you too. The young man with the glasses that works up front is one of the nicest workers I have ever come across, and the young brunette girl that works up front is so sweet and is always so helpful. The pharmacy staff here is always excellent and helpful. I will never go any where else for my prescriptions. read more
