The store at 975 Tampa Rd Palm Harbor FL has an UPS pickup spot. This is the second time I've gone there to get a package and both times had the same experience. This time it was for a new Apple laptop. The clerk checked asked for my name, checked on the shelves behind the counter, asked if I had a tracking number (didn't have it on me), tried to get the handheld device to work. She then went over to the spot where more packages are stored which is right next to the kiosks and seating for people to print their own photos. She found the package, went back to her device, had lots of trouble getting it to work, then asked me to sign the device. I asked her "Don't you need to see an ID". Her reply "You gave me your last name.". This store is a "Porch Pirate's Dream". Someone can come in, pretend they're working on their photos, glance over, remember the name and address on a box, go to the front and have a clerk give it to them! "Porch Pirates" know what a high value box looks like; laptops are relatively the same size box with a big battery warning icon on it. About a year ago I had to go there to get a package from Leica - a very expensive camera and lens, around $16,000. Clerk didn't even attempt to use a handheld device, said they don't keep logs of what packages come and go, found my package in a pile, gave it to me - no ID and no signature! read more

I will NOT DO BUSINESS with the CVS pharmacy at 975 Tampa Road. We called in a prescription on 4/21/25 on their automated system. We received a text from CVS saying that it could not be refilled until 4/24/25. On 9:38 am on 4/25/25 I received a text message that the prescription was ready for pick up. At 7:00 pm on 4/25/25 I went to pick up the prescription. I was told by a very rude pharmacist and a very rude pharmacist helper that the prescription had expired on 4/24/25, even though we called it in prior to expiration, and the reason for the delay was that we were told by CVS that it would not be ready until 4/25/25. The rude pharmacist's name is Carla and she would not give her last name, and the pharmacist helper would not give her name. We have been doing business for 18 years at this CVS, and will now move our business to Publix. read more

I recently visited my CVS on Tampa road. I had close to $20 in rewards that were expiring and wanted to use them. After shopping, I approached the counter. There was one customer at the self checkout having an issue with the machine and an employee helping her. There was another employee behind the counter at the cash register. I stood in front of the employee at the cash register for several minutes. He ignored me and then walked away to another part of the store as if I didn't exist. No one acknowledged me. The cashier behind the counter did not offer to ring me up. So I patiently waited for the woman at the self checkout to finish and moved to the self check out. I immediately started having an issue with the self checkout machine. It kept spitting my card out, and I couldn't seem to enter my rewards card number. By this time, both the employees had left the checkout area and I was standing at the checkout area by myself , I finally managed to go find an employee who came over to the self check out area with me. I started by telling him that the machine had not offered me the opportunity to put in my rewards card. He ignored me, took my credit card, put it in the machine and checked me out. I asked him again, hey i didn't get the opportunity to put my rewards card in and I have close to $20 in rewards. My total sum of my purchase was only $30. At this point, he told me "well you should've put that in first" and walked away. I'm extremely unhappy with the service that was provided to me at the Tampa location. The only reason I went into CVS that day was so I could use the rewards that I had an accumulated. I'll go back to use my $20 in rewards, but I'll be hitting up my Walgreens next time I need a drug store. Obviously, customer service at the Tampa location isn't a priority for your employees and frankly there's a drug store on every corner. read more

Terrible location. They leave you on hold forever. They like to answer but put the phone down so it doesn't ring and so the hold times don't count against them I guessing. They are always out of medications and the over all vibe from the staff is they are over worked and under staff. read more

Great staff works here. I know because when I walk around in a zombie state trying to find things, they find me and help me get to the correct aisles. When they ring me up, they try my coupons until they work so that I save money. Sometimes they find me deals that I didn't know I was looking for! No CVS is really close to me, but this is the easiest one to get into and out of. I enjoy this CVS best of the three I frequent. read more

I was calling to try and find out if my prescription was ready. The automated phone line kept asking what the number was. It was a brand new prescription so I did not have a number. There is no way to reach a person. I am multiple businesses. This is horrible customer service. read more

These people are completely incompetent. I call to avoid going in person for no reason, am told my script will be ready for pickup the next day and then upon arrival the next day they change the story that they can't fill it until the day after - as if I have nothing better to do with my time. It's hard to decipher if this is done on purpose for their own amusement or if they are just much less competent then the people working fast food drive through windows. read more

Terrible customer service. They forget they are providing critical meds to sick people. This CVS is staffed with lazy, incompetent people. After receiving two prescriptions from URGENT CARE, the CVS on Tampa Rd received the prescriptions at 7:30 pm. We arrived at 7:40 pm and waited in the drive thru line 5 min so at 7:45 pm the guy at the drive thru window said they were closing soon and couldn't fill the prescriptions. We asked to speak with the pharmacist and she (Adrianne) who was restocking shelves said she wouldn't fill them, sorry it was too close to closing. She said we could come back in the morning. We needed the meds immediately so she sent the prescriptions to the Tarpon Springs CVS. We headed right there and they didn't have the medicines in stock. Adrianne didn't think to first check if Tarpon Springs had the drugs in stock. Because of the lazy, unhelpful, incompetence of Adrianne the pharmacist, we had to wait 12 hours to start the critical medicines. The whole ordeal caused tremendous stress and the infection raged on for 12 more hours without these medicines. CVS failed us and wouldn't go the extra mile. Find another pharmacy. This one is terrible. read more

The closest & most convenient CVS to my house, I get my scripts filled here. It's always good to browse the aisles as you never know what super deals you might find! To say the prescription wait time is long would be an understatement! I arrived at the drive thru window today at about 12pm, the meds they gave me were not the ones prescribed, so I told the lady I would be back later this afternoon because I had errands. She said that was fine. I arrive at 5:30pm and the man at the window says to come back in an hour, they are busy and he prescription isn't ready. ....Really? Are you serious? Over 5 hours later and they haven't fixed their mistake? All I can say is this is Ridiculous!!!! I'm furious when I leave because I have things to do besides running back and forth to CVS. So let's add insult to injury, I get a text 15 minutes later that it's ready Whatever the internal problem is, whether it's the newer staff (several new faces), or something else, they need to get it fixed...otherwise it's very easy to move my Rx to Walgreens which is about the same distance from my home. read more

This CVS store is near to my home so we are frequent customers. The store is always tidy and the employees say hello and are courteous. I have rarely come across something out of stock. The restrooms are neat and in order and my children appreciate that there is no longer a code that will let you into them . read more

This pharmacy is usually understaffed and has unusually long lines both inside and out. My ophthalmologist called in two prescriptions two different times after cataract surgery and they couldn't find either. I waited on a Friday afternoon on the phone on hold for 25 minutes for them to tell e they couldn't find it again. By this time my doctors office was closed and I had to get someone on call. I had him send the third one to another CVS. I will be transferring all my scripts to Walgreens. read more

Pharmacist at this location is rude and unprofessional. I contacted my insurance company to find location to receive a flu shot and pneumonia vaccination. The company contacted the pharmacy provided them with my information and let them know I would be in. When I arrived, the pharmacist looked at me, said I was not 65 years old and that it was CVS policy that to give a pneumonia vaccine, you had to be at least 65. I contacted CVS corporate to file a complaint and was informed that there are a series of guidelines to be followed which alongs for others to be vaccinated. This pharmacist did not follow the company guidelines. Was told this would be addressed and used as a training opportunity. read more
