Ive been tolerating the horrible pharmacy…read moreemployees that clearly all hate their jobs, the stupid LUNCH closing where every single employee goes to lunch and the pharmacy closes, and it takes them forever to find your medication as they slowly walk about looking completely lost and zombie-like. Today was the final straw. I know better than to go when Im in a hurry but I had no choice because Im leaving out of town. So I wait my turn while the only zombie employee at the register SLOWLY walks two old people through their very long process, literally 10 long minutes. Finally.... it's my turn! As I walk to his register another employee walks up and calls the next person behind me. Im standing at this zombie's register as he is keying in something on his register, not acknowledging me at all, when he finally says to me as he finishes keying in his task, then literally walks away and mumbles "Im out of here!" So here Ive waited my turn, Ive gone up to his register waiting as he is keying in his task,, and instead of telling me before I walked over or even as I approached, he waited until I was standing there, until after I assume he clocked out, and then tells me. Unnecessary and extremely rude "gotcha moment," for whatever was his reasoning. Of course then I had to wait while the other cashier finished with the customer that was behind me until I could be helped. As I left the store, he was standing at the front register. So I went up to him and told him he was rude for doing that. He yells "Well I didnt call you to my register!" like Im supposed to know to stand at the line like an obedient puppy waiting to be called by the master, lol. Are there posted instructions directing paying customers to wait until theyre called somewhere, because I missed that memo. Im done with this horrible pharmacy and the crappy rude zombies who work there. Already transferred my monthly prescriptions, Im done! BOOOOOOOOO!!! alll the pharmacy employees take lunch at the same exact time and shut the pharmacy down. It's an unusual business practice, inconvenient to customers who dont know (because it's unusual), and then when it is 2pm and supposed to be open.....the employees come straggling in one at a time after 2:03. 2:04, 2:05....whenever they feel good and ready I guess. No apology to the 15 customers waiting for them to open back up just a grumbling "are you picking up." I go here because the location and because the front register people are always so helpful and friendly. The pharmacy needs an overhaul. Also clean your floors, they're really gross.

The store is well organized and for the most part has everything you need, with certain stuff being online exclusives. They got handsoaps, aromatherapy scents, and even soaps and hygiene supplies for men! Everyone here in general is super helpful and friendly (Shoutout to "Mo" with helping me and giving recommendations with my Mother's Day shopping!), and it honestly was a really nice shopping experience. Like with any Bath & Body Works, my only gripe is how they're basically a season ahead which makes it feel wildly out of place, but sadly that's retail nowadays. If you ever come by Countryside Mall, definitely give this place a go! It's a small but cozy little shopping spot where you can get whatever you need for hygiene.

I told her how I have been struggling with my weight for about 3 years after my 2nd son was born, and nothing had been working for me.I was Biking to and from Hot yoga, working out, with a trainer and diet I only lost 5 pounds. So frustrating! After chatting a while, I learned more about Donnas profession and the services she offered just right down the street from me. Needless to say my jaw was on the floor and I couldn't book an appt fast enough. After speaking with Kelly, Donnas sweet and knowledgeable assistant/ Coordinator, I was very excited to come in to see what my options were. Donna drew my blood for some tests, and we found my testosterone levels were practically nonexistent (at a 5. and supposed to be at 200) I was introduced to the hormone pellets and semaglutides as well. Long story (kindof) short I lost 7 lbs in the first week. I still exercise and see my trainer BTW. After 1 month I was down 20 lbs. and after 6 weeks I was down 30 lbs!
